| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate Lingshu huici therapy combination with Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy in the treatment of spastic paralysis of lower limb after stroke(SPAS),and compared with conventional acupuncture combined with Xing Nao Kai Qiao stitch control study,in order to explore a new and effective comprehensive treatment method for spastic paralysis of lower limb after stroke. Methods:According to the principle of randomized control, the subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the huici group and the control group(conventional acupuncture group). Both groups were treated with symptomatic internal medicine treatment and Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy. The Modified Ashworth Spasticity Scale(MAS),Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Evaluation Scale(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were used before, after and at the completion of follow-up,respectively.Statistical analysis was conducted to compare the differences within and between groups and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:1.There were no significant differences in baseline data(age, gender, course of disease and type of stroke)between the two groups. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in MAS,FMA and MBI scales between the two groups(P > 0.05),and they were all comparable.2.Results of MAS score: After treatment and at the completion of follow-up,MAS score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01).Both groups had therapeutic effect on SPAS.After treatment and at the completion of follow-up,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the MAS score of the group was significantly lower than that of the control group, indicating that the efficacy of the group was better than that of the control group.3.Results of FMA and MBI scores: at two time points after treatment and at the completion of follow-up,FMA and MBI scores were higher than before treatment(P <0.01),with statistical significance; The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Overall efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate was 94.29% and 85.30% in the control group. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical recovery rate in the control group was relatively higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of spastic paralysis of lower limb after stroke,Lingshu huici therapy combined with Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy can both reduce the muscle tension of the affected limb, improve the motor function of the lower limb and alleviate its clinical symptoms.2.In terms of reducing the muscle tension of affected limbs, improving the function of lower limbs, motor and improving the ability of daily living activities,Lingshu huici therapy combined with Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy is superior to conventional acupuncture combined with Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy with better efficacy.3.Lingshu huici therapy combined with Xing Nao Kai Qiao therapy can effectively promote the rehabilitation of lower limb spasm paralysis in the convalescent period of stroke. |
