| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment for spastic paralysis of lower limbs by huici acupuncture therapy, which provides a feasible and effective method for the treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the huici group and the control group(n=30).Huici group selected the acupoints of lower limbs which included Biguan,Liangqiu,Fuyang,Yinmen,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,Tiaokou.Huici group was treated by huici acupuncture therapy:the control group selected the acupoints of lower limbs which included Huantiao,Yanglingquan,Xuanzhong,Taichong;there were no differences between the two groups in the remaining acupoints and basic treatment methods. The two groups both accepted treatment once a day,6 times per week and totally treated for 4 weeks.Selected the FMA,CSI and MBI as clinical observation indexes, according to the MAS to determine the clinical curative effect.Results:1.Before treatment there was no significant difference between the groups on the scores of FMA,CSI and BMI(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the FMA,CSI and MBI scores of the two groups were significantly different from the scores before treatment(P<0.05),and spasticity was improved in both two groups.3.After treatment, the FMA,CSI and MBI scores of the huici group were significantly different from the scores of the control group(P<0.05);in the huci group, the improvement of spasticity was better than that in the control group.4.There was significant difference between the clinic curative effect of the huici group and the control group(P<0.05);the clinic curative effect of the huici group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of the huici acupuncture therapy is better than the traditional acupuncture therapy in treating spastic paralysis of lower limbs after cerebral stroke.2.After the treatment of the huici acupuncture therapy, patients’ motor function was effectively improved, their CSI scores were also decreased significantly, and their ability of daily life was improved too. |
