Research On Modern Literature Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome

Purpose:This study mainly screened the literature on TCM treatment of perimenopausal syndrome published in the three major databases from 2010 to 2019,standardized and extracted the syndrome elements and medications in clinical research,and conducted statistical analysis.And then summarize the syndrome differentiation and medication rules of perimenopausal syndrome,in order to provide a reference basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Use computer to search the Chinese literature in the three databases of CNKI,Wanfang Database and Chongqing VIP Chinese Journal Full-text Database(VIP)from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019.The search terms are "perimenopausal syndrome","perimenopausal syndrome","menopausal syndrome","menopausal syndrome","pre-and post-menopausal syndromes","pre-and post-menopausal syndromes","Chinese and Western medicine","Traditional Chinese Medicine","Traditional Chinese Medicine","Traditional Chinese Medicine","Syndrome",use the Boolean logic operation method to connect the above search terms,use the "or" connection between the diagnosis names,and use the "or" connection between the intervention methods,Use the "and" connection between the diagnosis name and the intervention method.Import the retrieved documents into Note Express,and screen them according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Perform descriptive analysis of the basic data of the included research literature,extract,split and standardize the syndromes and prescriptions of the included research literature,and convert it into a data format suitable for statistical analysis,and enter the syndrome elements and prescription composition data Microsoft Excel 2016 is used for descriptive analysis;67.67%of all drugs are screened as high-frequency drugs,the high-frequency drug data is imported into SPSS 25.0 for cluster analysis,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 is imported for association rule analysis.Results:1.A total of 238 research articles were included,a total of 155 journal papers(65.13%),a total of 82 dissertations(34.45%),a total of 1 conference papers(0.42%);239 effective clinical studies,randomized controlled clinical trials 167 cases were studied,72 cases were self-controlled clinical studies;14 of the 238 documents were supported by related project funds,involving 15 project funds.2.239 cases were diagnosed with effective syndromes.After standardization and split treatment,a total of 719 syndromes were obtained,of which 362 were diseased syndromes and 357 were diseased syndromes.The disease location syndrome elements include kidney(54.91%),liver(31.22%),heart(8.44%),spleen(1.93%),Yingwei(1.93),Xinshen(0.83%),Chongren(0.28%),etc.7 Individual disease locations;disease syndromes include yin deficiency(55.74%),qi stagnation(14.29%),heat(10.36%),yang deficiency(7.00%),qi deficiency(4.20%),blood stasis(2.24%),Phlegm(1.96%),Yang hyperactivity(1.96%),blood deficiency(1.12%),essence deficiency(0.84%)and moving wind(0.28%);the combination of syndrome elements can be divided into 6 according to the total number of syndrome elements There are 14 sub-categories,of which the composition ratio of the combination of two syndrome elements(32.22%)and three syndrome elements(38.49%)in the 6 categories is greater than 30%;in the 14 sub-categories,1 disease location syndrome element +1 The composition ratio of the disease syndrome element combination(21.34%),2disease location syndrome element + disease syndrome element combination(27.61%)is greater than 20%,and the syndrome with the highest composition is diagnosed as "liver and kidney yin deficiency"(18.41%),"Kidney Yin Deficiency"(17.15%),"Kidney Yin Deficiency and Liver Depression"(13.39%).3.Among all the main prescription drugs included in the research literature,a total of15 types of traditional Chinese medicines are covered,with a total of 155 drugs,with a cumulative frequency of 2,778 times.According to the efficacy classification,they are: tonic drugs(44.10%),heat-clearing drugs(15.51%),and income Astringent drugs(8.64%),tranquilizers(8.14%),diuretic and dampening drugs(5.15%),blood promoting and stasis removing drugs(4.57%),liver and wind-relieving drugs(4.10%),antiseptic drugs(3.89%),Qi regulating medicine(3.06%),phlegm reducing cough and asthma medicine(1.12%),warming medicine(0.68%),antirheumatic medicine(0.40%),digestion medicine(0.25%),dampness medicine(0.22%),resuscitation Medicine(0.18%).Statistical analysis of 28high-frequency drugs in all drugs shows that the frequency of nature and flavor of 28high-frequency drugs is classified into the classics,and the frequency of cold,sweet,and liver-kidney two channels is the highest;cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs shows a total of 6 categories of results,category 1 : Keel,oyster,category 2: Rehmannia glutinosa,wolfberry,salvia,turmeric,tortoise shell,dodder,lily,Ophiopogon japonicus,Coptis,Alisma,wild jujube kernel,floating wheat,category 3: Anemarrhena,Phellodendron,Epimedium,Class 4: Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta prostrata,Class 5: Dogwood,Yam,Moutan Bark,Poria,Rehmannia glutinosa,Class 6: White peony,Bupleurum,Angelica,Licorice;analyze the relevant rules of high-frequency drugs,and the results 6 pairs of drugs with strong correlations are drawn,dogwood-yam(support 42.678%),white peony-bupleurum(support26.36%),Ligustrum lucidum-Eclipta prostrata(support 25.105%),dogwood-yam,Rehmannia glutinosa(support 32.218%),dogwood-tuckahoe,yam(support 27.197%),yam-Moutan bark,dogwood(support 26.360%).A total of 6 prescriptions were drawn.Among the prescriptions,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,Erzhi Pills,nourishing Yin and clearing heat,calming liver-yang,clearing heat,mainly storing Yin,soothing liver and nourishing blood.The 6 drug pairs are mainly based on replenishing kidney yin,nourishing astringent,soothing liver and nourishing blood,nourishing yin and clearing away heat.Conclusion:1.The most common TCM syndromes of perimenopausal syndrome are: liver and kidney yin deficiency,kidney yin deficiency,kidney yin deficiency and liver depression;2.The common pathological factors of perimenopausal syndrome are: kidney,liver;the most common pathological factors are: Yin deficiency;3.The commonly used drug categories for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome are: tonic drugs,of which yin,qi,and blood tonic drugs are the main ones;4.The main drug pairs for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome are: nourishing yin and clearing away heat;drugs that are cold in nature,sweet in taste,and return to the liver and kidney are the most common.
