Purpose:Explore the distribution characteristics of eczema syndromes and the rules of medication, and provide standardized guidance and theoretical basis for the standardization of eczema syndromes and its clinical routine medication.Materials and methods:From Wanfang database,Chinese academic journal full-text database,Chinese biomedical journal database,Weipu database,CNKI series database, the literature related to the treatment of eczema is screened out,and its syndrome types, syndrome elements and clinical medications are extracted and summarized from them.Establish a database of syndrome factors and types of medications for eczema, and use statistical methods to conduct frequency, frequency, clustering, and association analysis on the distribution of syndrome factors and the use of drugs,so as to explore the rules.Results:1.A total of 831 documents were consulted. The 66 documents included in the screening contained 5124 cases,of which 122 syndrome types were recorded, and a total of 82 syndrome types were found. After the syndrome types were decomposed,a total of 24 syndrome elements were obtained. There were 15 kinds of Disease syndrome elements, which appeared 11231 times, and 9 kinds of disease location syndrome elements, which appeared 2795 times.Disease syndrome factors include dampness(70.1%),heat(44.4%),wind(24.4%),qi deficiency(19.5%),dryness(17.4%),blood deficiency(13.4%),yin deficiency(9.3%)and stasis(6.7%)Qi stagnation(5.1%),poison(3.5%),blood heat(3.0%),yang deficiency(0.08%),fire(0.07%),phlegm(0.06%),body fluid(0.03%).The spleen is the most frequently seen among the 9syndrome elements, and the rest are skin(7.9%),surface(6.1%),liver(5.9%),lung(2.8%),meridian(1.8%),gallbladder(1.4%),heart(1.2%),kidney(1.2%).2.Through cluster analysis, when the eczema syndrome elements are classified into 6 categories,it is more in line with the clinical.Classification 1 : spleen, lung, heart, dampness, heat, and qi deficiency.Category2 : skin, surface.Classification 3 : Meridian, blood deficiency, wind, dryness, yin deficiency.Classification 4 : liver, gallbladder, blood stasis,qi stagnation, fire.Classification 5 : kidney, toxin, yang deficiency, phlegm, body fluid deficiency.Category 6 : blood heat.3.Statistics of 191 single-flavor medicines for eczema, with a total frequency of1469 times.Heat-clearing medicines, diuresis and dampness medicines, and tonic medicines are commonly used in clinical practice.Among them, the top 11 frequency of use are:white fresh peel57 times, radix rehmanniae 55 times,Angelica 55 times poria cocos 48,licorice 45 times,45 times for Sophora flavescens,moutan,44,37 times windproof,35 times for Alisma,35 times for red peony, and 34 times for Cangzhu.4.Through the drug association analysis,it is concluded that the commonly used drug pairs for eczema are: Angelica-radix rehmanniae,Sophora flavescens-cortex dictamni.Conclusion:1.Through literature summarization,it is concluded that the pathogenic factors of eczema are mainly dampness, heat, wind, and qi deficiency;the pathogenic factors are mainly the spleen, and the others are skin, surface, and liver in turn, and the etiology of eczema is preliminarily drawn.2.Summarize the use of Chinese medicine to clear away heat, diuresis and dampness medicine, and tonic.3.Summarize the commonly used single medicines for the treatment of eczema:white fresh peel, raw rehmannia, angelica, tuckahoe, licorice, sophora flavescens, paeonol, fangfeng,Alisma, red peony root, atractylodes;common medicine pairs are angelica-shengdi,sophora flavescens-White fresh skin.4.Syndrome elements can specifically reflect the etiology of the disease, and their distribution rules are consistent with clinical medication.
