Objective:This topic is based on the good curative effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoints in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. In order to better improve the symptoms of cold and pain in patients with cold blood stasis syndrome, this study is to further explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoints in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans with Qishentongmaiyin I on the basis of good clinical effects.Method:A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria for inclusion of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were selected and randomly divided into three groups, namely control group 1(Qishentongmaiyin I treatment group)and control group 2(electro-acupuncture Jiaji acupoint treatment group),treatment group(electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points combi-ned with Qishentongmaiyin I treatment group),20 cases in each group, and those who are intolerant of acupuncture are automatically classified into control group 1.There is no obvious difference among the three groups of basic data(including gender, age, disease course, and clinical stage)(P>0.05),and the treatments of the three groups are comparable. After four weeks of treatment, observe the clinical symptoms and signs of the three groups of patients(including skin temperature, numbness, pain, soreness, skin color, and intermittent claudication)and micro-circulation status(including infrared thermal imaging inspection and laser Doppler blood flow test),and then perform statistical processing to compare and analyze the differences among the three groups.Result:1.The clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients after treatment are as follows: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%((the cure rate is 50.00%),the total effective rate of the control group 1 is 75.00%(the cure rate is 15.00%),and the total effective rate of the control group 2 is85.00%(the cure rate is 30.00%),and the efficacy of the three groups was significantly different(P<0.05);2.After treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of the three groups of patients(including skin temperature, numbness, pain, soreness, skin color, and intermittent claudication)were improved to varying degrees compared with before treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 1、 control group 2(P<0.05);3.After treatment, the micro-circulation blood flow status of the three groups of patients(including infrared thermal imaging inspection and laser Doppler blood flow test)improved to different degrees than before treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 1、 control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qishentongmaiyin I can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cold blood stasis syndrome of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities;2.Electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points can cause the expansion of blood vessels in the distal limbs, promote micro-circulation blood flow, and improve blood supply to the ischemic part of the affected limbs;3.The clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with Qishentongmaiyin No.1 in treating lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is better than monotherapy, and has the effect of improving the clinical effect. |
