Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy Treatment Of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Efficacy Observed

Arteriosclerosis obliterans, ASO, is a very prevalent problem of vascular surgery and has a high morbidity. Therapeutic options for patients with ASO have expanded rapidly in recent years, thanks to iatrotechnique advances. This article includes three parts:clinical research progress in the Traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical research progress in modern medicine and an research on the clinic curative effect of 60 cases with ASO by promoting the blood flow.The first part explains etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy, principally introduced the therapy of ASO of TCM in ancient times and modern time. The second part describes clinical research progress in western medicine, focus on diagnosis and internal medicine,surgical and endovascular treatment of ASO. The last part, I give a summary about my professor Jiqian LIU's experience in combined methods of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine about ASO by a 60 cases clinical data in our division in recent two years.Objectives:to observe and study the clinnic curative effect of 60 cases with ASO by promoting the blood flow.Methods:60 cases ASOP were randomly divided into two groups:The group of control (group B) is treated with xuesaitong injection 400mg Qd,Lipo-PGE1 injection lOug Qd,clopidogrel 75mg Qd and aspirin 0.1 g Qd, the treatment group(group A) is added oral decoctions of 100ml of promoting the blood flow of TCM twice each day. The improvement of clinical symptom and ABI on the 28 days of admission were used as the therapeutic variables. Results:Compared to the group B,group A the clinical symptom and ABI were improved. Conclusion:The treatment with pronmoting the blood flow may improve the clinical symptom and has remarkable clinic effect in ASO. Treating ASO of the type of venation blood stasis by promoting blood flow is a good method. And the mechanism of function is initially regarded as reducing viscosity of plasma, promoting small blood vessel net to form and increasing distal artery blood discharge and improving the syndromes of blood insufficiency.
