| Objective:Acne(Acne,AC),a skin disease common in adolescents,is characterized by damage to hair follicle sebaceous glands caused by chronic inflammation,especially in the densely distributed sebaceous glands in the face.AC occurs in the face,it is easy to affect the appearance of the patients,and there are pigmentation and scar symptoms after treatment,so it can affect the mental health and life health of the patients.Under the guidance of Wang Junzhi,the author gave full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and applied Xianfang Xiaopi prescription combined with strong pulse laser(Strong pulse laser,SPL)to AC treatment in order to clarify the clinical efficacy of the scheme in the treatment of moderate AC(Hot toxic blood stasis type).And safety evaluation..Methods:We selected 180 cases of moderate AC(hot toxic blood stasis)treated in the Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in August 2021 in February 2021,Random number table method is divided into receiving oral Xiafang eliminate acne side combined strong pulse laser(Strong pulse laser,SPL)Experimental group(4 weeks,Total of 60 cases were selected),Controlled group 2 treated with oral compound pearl dark ulcer capsule combined with SPL(course of 4 weeks,Total of 60 cases were selected),Controlled Group 1 treated with oral compound pearl ulcer capsules(4 weeks,A total of 60 cases).The three groups were 4 weeks(28 days),Once again every 7 days,d,(7 ± 2)d,(14 ± 2)d,(21 ± 2)d,(28 ± 2)d fills in the Observation Record score Form after each visit,AC,AC Quality of Life,Acne quality of life,per Patient Observation Record Rating Table AQL)score value,AC complication score value,AC traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Record the adverse reactions at each stage in detail,Finally,the patient points were determined 28 after 28 days of treatment.Results:1.Among 180 moderate AC(hot toxic blood stasis),8 were lost during treatment,2 in experimental group,2 for 2 and 4,and the total shedding rate was 4.44%.2.AC scores of lesions,AC complication scores,AC syndrome scores and AC AQL scores improved significantly compared with control 2,1 and experimental groups(P< 0.05).In Treatment No.(7 ± 2)d,AC lesion scores of 2,1,AC Complications,AC TCM,and AQL scores of AC(P> 0.05),However,treatment(14 ± 2)d,(21 ± 2)d,(28 ± 2)d,AC symptoms of AC,AC,AC complication,AC improved better than in control 2 and 1(P<0.05),AC symptoms of AC,AQL scores,AC complication scores and AC syndrome scores were better than group 1(P< 0.05).3.Comparing the efficacy grade distribution,the efficacy was better than control 2 and1(P< 0.05)and 1(P< 0.05).4.The experimental group was 3.45%,20.69%,35.71% in 1,2,and 1,lower than 2and(P< 0.05)and lower than 1(P< 0.05).Blood routine,urine routine,14 liver function,6renal function,and ECG were within the normal range,and no abnormalities were found.Conclusion:1.The AC skin lesion symptom score,AC patient AQL score,AC clinical symptom score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment of moderate AC(Hot toxic blood stasis type)were improved.2.Xianfang Xiaopi SPL is a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of moderate AC(Hot toxic blood stasis type)... |
