Objective: To study the characteristics of patients with stable angina pectoris,to summarize the relevant laws of dialectics,medication and acupuncture points selection,and to provide more ideas and directions for Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: The selected data in this study are from 2018.09-2020.09 outpatients of the Third Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Use WPS Office Excel to establish a database,and analyze the data with SPSS 25.0 software to summarize the characteristics of stable angina pectoris and dialectical treatment.Result:1.In this study,there were 113 males and 136 females.The proportion of female patients in the 45-54 age group is slightly lower than that of men,while in the other three age groups,there is no significant difference in the prevalence between men and women.2.Statistics of the tongue and pulse of the selected patients in this study,the results are as follows: the more frequent appearances of the tongue are red tongue,light fat tongue,dark purple tongue,and Ecchymosis on tongue;tongue coating is white,tongue coating is less,tongue coating is thin,tongue coating greasy.The more frequent pulse conditions include chord pulse,astringent pulse,thin pulse,slippery pulse,heavy pulse,pulse number,pulse delay,and pulse knot generation.3.Statistics of the onset seasons of selected patients in this study,the results are as follows: 65 cases in spring,69 cases in summer,49 cases in autumn,and 66 cases in winter.According to the classification of the twenty-four solar terms,the six solar terms with the highest incidence are Cold dew,Winter beginnings,Startle,Grain rain,Summer beginnings,Frostfall.4.In this study,statistics on the use of Chinese medicine in some patients show that there are 34 high-frequency Chinese medicines in total.Through cluster analysis,the five commonly used drug pairs are: X1 White peony root;Red peony root;X2 acid jujube seeds,Ophiopogon japonicus;X3 Bupleurum,tangerine peel;X4 Astragalus and Oyster;X5 Atractylodes,Salvia.The four commonly used drug combinations are: C1 Bupleurum,Keel,Oyster;C2 acid jujube seeds,Cape jasmine,Ophiopogon japonicus;C3 Atractylodes,Salvia,Poria,tangerine peel;C4 Codonopsis,Cinnamon twig and Rehmannia.Drugs for stable angina pectoris have a certain seasonality.Angelica,Chuanxiong,Bupleurum are used in spring,Salvia and Cape jasmine are used in summer,American ginseng,Ophiopogon japonicus and fritillary are used in autumn,cinnamon,aconite,keel and oyster are used in winter.5.The use of prescriptions for the patients selected in this study was counted.The top ten prescriptions were: Shengmai San,Danshen Decoction,Chaihu Shugan San,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Zhigancao Decoction,Tianwang Buxin Dan,Danggui Sini Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Shenfu Decoction,Ditan Decoction.Conclusion:1.In this study,the age of onset of female patients was slightly higher than that of males.2.In this study,the most prone seasons for stable angina pectoris are winter and spring.3.In this study,the most common syndromes of stable angina are blood stasis and phlegm obstruction.4.In this study,the most commonly used Chinese medicines for stable angina were: Angelica,Zhigancao,Chuanxiong,Red Peony Root,Astragalus,and Oyster.5.In this study,the most commonly used prescriptions for stable angina were: Shengmai San,Danshen Decoction,Chaihu Shugan San,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction.
