Analysis Of Professor Zhou Yabin’s Medication Rules In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris With Obesity

Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 was used to analyze the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of stable angina pectoris with obesity and Professor Zhou Yabin’s prescription for the treatment of this disease.In order to relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the prognosis of patients to provide reference for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 134 patients with stable angina pectoris with obesity admitted to Professor Zhou Yabin’s outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected with clear diagnosis,complete data and meeting the inclusion criteria.The data were standardized processed,a database was established,and the TCM inheritance computing platform V3.0 was used to analyze the general information of patients,symptom distribution,syndrome distribution,drug frequency,drug property,five flavors,meridian conversion and efficacy statistics.In addition,through association rules and cluster analysis module,the core prescriptions and drug use rules of the tutor for the treatment of the disease were summarized and analyzed.Results:1.General statistical resultsAmong the 134 cases included,there were 66 males and 68 females,among whom 126 were over 40 years old,accounting for 94.03%of the total number.A total of 112 symptoms,among which the most frequent 20 symptoms in turn are:body obesity,chest tightness,chest pain,insomnia,fatigue,shortness of breath,aggravation after activity,palpitation,indigestion and loss of appetite,constipation,dizziness,precardiac area tingling,sticky stool,impatient and irritable,upset,dream and easy to wake up,sweat,numbness in the limbs,nausea,difficulty falling asleep.Among the tongue and pulse frequency statistics,dark red tongue,thin white coating,teeth-printed tongue,sinking pulse frequency is the highest.In the distribution of syndrome types,the patients with deficiency of qi and blood stasis were the most,followed by interjunction of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of heart qi syndrome,deficiency of heart and kidney Yang.2.Drug statistical resultsAmong the 134 prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria,a total of 160 TCM were involved,and the cumulative total use frequency was 3171 times.Among them,the top 10 most frequently used TCM were:Licorice(96.27%),Pinellia(88.06%),Tuckahoe(81.34%),Fu Shen(72.39%),Radix astragali(67.91%),Codonopsis pilosula(66.42%),Platycodon grandiflorum(64.93%),Schisandra chinensis(64.18%),Rhizoma chuanxiong(64.43%),Rhizoma corydalis(62.69%).The frequency of drug properties from high to low was cold drug,warm drug,calm drug,cool drug,heat drug.The medicinal taste is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.It mainly enters the lung,spleen,heart and liver meridian.It mainly has the effect of supplementing deficiency,clearing heat and sedative drugs.152 groups of common drug combinations and 5 groups of core drug combinations were extracted,and 3 groups of core drug combinations of each syndrome type were extracted according to the distribution of syndrome types.Conclusions:1.The main syndrome types of patients with stable angina pectoris with obesity are:deficiency of qi and blood stasis syndrome,interjunction of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of heart qi syndrome,deficiency of heart and kidney Yang,body obesity,chest tightness,chest pain,insomnia,fatigue,shortness of breath,aggravation after activity,palpitation,indigestion and loss of appetite,constipation,dark red tongue,thin white coating,teeth-printed tongue,sinking pulse are the main symptoms of Professor Zhou Yabin’s treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris with obesity.2.The core drugs used by Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with obesity are mainly includes deficiency tonic,clearing heat and sedative drugs,cold,warm and calming drugs as the main medicinal properties,and sweet,bitter and pungent as the main medicinal flavors.It mainly enters the lung,spleen and heart channels.3.Professor Zhou Yabin treats stable angina pectoris with obesity based on the principle of consolidates the constitution,reinforcing deficiency and reducing accumulation.He takes Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction or Heart-nourishing and pain-relieving soup as the basis to give consideration to the five viscera organs,pay attention to the care and protection of the central region,treat heart disease and prevent and treatment of non-disease meanwhile.
