| Objective:Through the observation of CT imaging data of adolescent cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,,three types of cervical spine curvature values were measured, and three disease index scales were counted, and statistical software was used to analyze the cervical spine curvature and disease indicators.Correlation analysis proves that the parameters of cervical spine curvature and the indexes of disease indicators are statistically significant. It shows that the variability of cervical flexion is significantly correlated with the severity of cervical radiculopathy. Therefore, the changes of cervical flexion in young people are of great significance for the early diagnosis and prevention of cervical radiculopathy. It is a group of young patients with cervical radiculopathy. The early intervention and prevention provide a theoretical basis, which is in line with the guiding ideology of Chinese medicine to prevent diseases before they occur and prevent changes in existing diseases. Methods:In this study,80 cases of young patients with radiculopathy cervical spondylosis who underwent cervical spine CT examination in our hospital were measured. The measurement method adopts three methods of measuring the cervical spine curvature:C2~C7 Cobb angle measurement method,Borden’s method and Harrison’s method.Three indicators were used for the disease index, the SF-MPQ scale and the NPQ neck pain scale were used to evaluate the degree of pain, and the Tanaka Yasuji Scale was used to evaluate the symptoms and functions.Statistics of the obtained data through SPSS software,in order to study and analyze the relationship between cervical spine curvature and disease indicators of young patients with cervical radiculopathy, and provide cervical spine for the treatment and prevention of young patients with cervical radiculopathy. The basis of image theory of curvature angle.Results:1.The average value of C2-C7 Cobb angle of the young patients with radiculopathy is 10.894±4.716°,the average value of Borden’s method is 3.679±3.380mm,the average value of Harrison’s method is 10.823±4.900°,and the patient’s SF-The average of MPQ scale was 17.013±1.804 points, the average of NPQ scale was 59.825±7.461 points, and the average of Tanaka Yasuji scale was 11.100±1.420 points.2.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the C2-C7 Cobb angle was negatively correlated with the SF-MPQ scale(rs=-0.510),was negatively correlated with the NPQ scale(rs=-0.532),and was negatively correlated with the Tanaka Yasuhisa scale.Strong positive correlation, correlation coefficient(rs=0.694);Borden’s method is strongly negatively correlated with SF-MPQ scale(rs=-0.644),has strong negative correlation with NPQ scale(rs=-0.633),and Tanaka Yasuji The scale was positively correlated with a correlation coefficient(rs=0.515);Harrison’s method was strongly negatively correlated with the SF-MPQ scale(rs=-0.804),and was strongly negatively correlated with the NPQ scale(rs=-0.831),It is positively correlated with Tanaka Yasuhisa Scale, the correlation coefficient(rs=0.588).3.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that C2-C7 Cobb angle and Borden’s method were negatively correlated with patient age(rs=-0.351,rs=-0.398),Harrison’s method was not correlated with patient age;C2-C7 Cobb angle,Both Borden’s method and Harrison’s method were negatively correlated with the patient’s course of disease(rs=-0.475,rs=-0.556,rs=-0.645)and positively correlated with the patient’s course of disease.4.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the SF-MPQ scale and NPQ neck pain scale were positively correlated with the patient’s age(rs=0.397,rs=0.423),and the Tanaka Yasuji Scale was negatively correlated with the patient’s age(rs=-0.461);The SF-MPQ scale and NPQ scale were positively correlated with the patient’s course of disease(rs=0.815.rs=0.827);Tanaka Yasuji Scale was negatively correlated with the patient’s course of disease(rs=-0.683).Conclusion:1.There is a significant positive correlation between cervical spine physiology and disease indicators in young patients with radiculopathy.Among them,Harrison’s method has a strong correlation with the SF-MPQ scale and the NPQ scale, indicating that The more severe the change in the physiological curvature of the cervical spine, the more serious the condition.2.The age and course of young patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis are positively correlated with the physiological curvature of the cervical spine. With the increase of the patient’s age and the length of the illness, the more serious the changes in the physiological curvature of the cervical spine.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the age and the course of the disease in adolescent patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and the disease condition becomes more serious with the increase of the patient’s age and the length of the disease.4.The morphological changes of the physiology of cervical spine curvature in young people are of great significance to the early diagnosis and prevention of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
