Objective: To observe the changes of blood pressure, nail fold microcirculation and symptoms related to TCM syndromes by using oral treatment of Dihuang Yin Zi with positive perspiration, and to provide a new method for further treatment of hypertension. Methods: In this study,90 patients with hypertension who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the third department of heart disease outpatient department of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into control group, treatment group 1,and treatment group 2.The control group received 5mg enalapril maleate tablet, once a day, starting from morning; The treatment group 1 was additionalized to enalapril maleate, one dose a day, twice a day, after breakfast and dinner; In treatment group 2,the patients were additively treated with enalapril maleate, and the patients were additively treated with Chinese herbal medicine Dihuang Yin Zi.The patients were treated with perspiration on the first day,and the patients were treated with non-perspiration for 13 days. After 14 days, blood pressure, nail fold microcirculation and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were observed.Finally,SPSS24.0software was used to analyze the data. Results: 1.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the three groups decreased on the 2nd and 14 th day of treatment, which were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.01);The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of treatment group 2 were lower than those of the other two groups on the second day of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in blood pressure level between treatment group 1 and control group on the second day of treatment(P>0.05);The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were lower than those of control group on the 14 th day of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the blood pressure level of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of antihypertensive efficiency among the three groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the antihypertensive effective rate from high to low was treated group 2,treated group 1,and control group.3.The nailfold microcirculation scores of the three groups were all decreased after treatment, which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01);Morphological score, velocity score, loop cycle state score and total score of treatment group 2 were lower than those of the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the nailfold microcirculation integral between treatment group 1 and control group(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores among the three groups after treatment showed that the intra-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the efficacy and efficiency of TCM syndromes among the three groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),from high to low, they were treated group 2,treated group 1,and control group.6.During the study period,no adverse events occurred in the three groups of patients, indicating that the safety of this study is acceptable. Conclusion: Dihuang Yin Zi with positive perspiration can significantly reduce blood pressure, improve the nail fold microcirculation and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
