| Purpose: This topic adopts the method of the combination of Jinkui Shenqi Pill and Guizhi Fuling Pill with LNG-IUS to treat adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Through comparative analysis,this study preliminarily discusses the effectiveness and security of Jinkui Shenqi Pill and Guizhi Fuling Pill with LNG-IUS in the therapy of adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and provides a new and effective scheme for the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods: A total of 64 patients with adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type who are remedied in the Outpatient Service of gynecology and admitted to hospital of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 are collected and randomly separated into treatment group(32 cases)and contrast group(32 cases).Contrast group: from the third day to the seventh day of menstruation,without sexual life,the uterus placed LNG-IUS.Treatment group: On the basis of the control group,Jinkui Shenqi Pill and Guizhi Fuling Pill was administered on the third day of the menstrual cycle of the current month after the placement of LNG-IUS for 10 days.Three menstrual cycles were taken as a course of treatment,with a total of one course of treatment.The collected data are processed and analyzed by SPSS.23 statistical software.The changes of uterine volume,TCM syndrome score,serum CA125 value,menorrhalgia score and comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after therapy are statistically analyzed,and record the untoward reactions that occurs during the treatment.Results:1.Comparison of menorrhalgia scores: After therapy,the menorrhalgia scores of the two groups are prominently lower than those before therapy(P<0.05),and the treatment group has a significant effect in treating menorrhalgia(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of menorrhalgia: the overall effective rate of the treatment group is 90.6%,and the overall effective rate of the contrast group is 75%.Both treatment methods can relieve menorrhalgia,but the treatment group is remarkably better than the contrast group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after therapy,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups are notably lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group is more effective in ameliorating TCM syndrome(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy: the overall effective rate of the treatment group is 87.5%,and that of the contrast group is 68.8%,indicating that both groups can relief the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and the effect of the treatment group is better(P<0.05).5.Uterine volume comparison: after therapy,both groups can diminish uterine volume,the treatment group uterine volume therapeutic outcome is more satisfactory(P<0.05).6.Comparison of serum CA125 value: The serum CA125 value of the two groups after therapy is noteworthy lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is more effective in narrowing serum CA125 value(P<0.05).7.Safety index: ⑴There are no prominent abnormalities in ECG,blood routine,liver and kidney function during therapy in both groups;⑵The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group is 9.37%,that in the contrast group is 21.87%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group is lower than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Through the research,Jinkui Shenqi Pill and Guizhi Fuling Pill with LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomyosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis has conspicuously curative effect,which can relief TCM symptoms,relieve menorrhalgia,decrease uterus volume,and diminish serum CA125 value.The curative effect is better than that of LNG-IUS alone,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and use. |
