| ObjectivePolycystic ovarian syndrome is characterized by polycystic ovary, hyperandrogenism and ovulation inhibition. Its clinical manifestations are of diversity. The related factor of the disease is mainly with insulin resistance. The main western medicine treatments include medicine and operation. But there is the risk of recurrence of symptoms and the complications after operation. Now looking for new treatment methods has become the hot spot of research. This study uses Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupuncture to observe its clinical curative effect, providing a new way and method for the treatment of PCOS.MethodsThe clinical test is prospective experiment.60cases who meet.the inclusion criteria have been randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group has been treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupuncture therapy. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been taken in from the menstrual clean. Eat a bag of Chinese herbal medicine every day and eat for14days. Each menstrual cycle is a course of. treatment, there is a total of3courses. In the menstrual cycle8th,10th,12th,14th,16th,18th,20th day acupuncture treatment has been implemented.7times are a course of treatment. There is a total of3courses. The control group has been treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets. Take a pill every day from the5th day in the menstrual cycle and eat for21days. There is a total of3courses. Researchers have filled in the general condition of the patient, the main symptoms, menstrual status, body mass index, ovarian follicle number and sex hormone FSH, LH, T, LH/FSH before and after the treatment to observe the therapeutic effect of patients. Follow up of3months after stopping treatment. Data obtained has been calculated by SPSS17.0software package. The P value less than or equal to0.05will be considered to have the statistical significance. Measurement data has been calculated by t test. Count data has been calculated by chi square test. Grade data has been calculated by rank sum test.Results1. Comparability of casesA total of60patients have been enrolled. The two groups have been compared in age, body mass index, ovarian follicle number and sex hormone FSH, LH, T and LH/FSH value. After statistical analysis, no significant difference has been found (P>0.05). Patients meeting test scheme and analysis of statistical requirements have a balanced and comparable characteristic.2. Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome between two groupsComparison of TCM curative effect of two groups in the first month and third month after treatment has been significantly different by rank sum test. The improvement of TCM syndrome of the treatment group has been superior to the control group. This has confirmed the persistent effect of the treatment group. If the observation time after trestment is longer, the difference between the two groups may be more obvious and statistics is more meaningful.3. Comparison of the efficacy of menstrual symptoms between two groupsComparison of the efficacy of menstrual symptoms between two groups in the first month and third month after treatment has been significantly different by rank sum test. The improvement of menstrual symptoms of the treatment group has been superior to the control group. This has confirmed the persistent effect of the treatment group. If the observation time after trestment is longer, the difference between the two groups may be more obvious and statistics is more meaningful.4. Comparison of comprehensive efficacy between two groupsComparison of comprehensive efficacy between two groups in the first month and third month after treatment has been significantly different by rank sum test. The improvement of comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group has been superior to the control group. This has confirmed the persistent effect of the treatment group. If the observation time after trestment is longer, the difference between the two groups may be more obvious and statistics is more meaningful.5. Comparison of the changes in body mass index between two groupsBy t test, comparison of the changes in body mass index between two groups in the first month and third month after treatment has been significantly different. The improvement of body mass index of the treatment group has been superior to the control group. This has confirmed the persistent effect of the treatment group. If the observation time after trestment is longer, the difference between the two groups may be more obvious and statistics is more meaningful.6. Comparison of the ovarian follicle number between two groupsBy t test, comparison of the changes in the ovarian follicle number between two groups in the first month and third month after treatment has been significantly different. The improvement of the ovarian follicle number of the treatment group has been superior to the control group. This has confirmed the persistent effect of the treatment group. If the observation time after trestment is longer, the difference between the two groups may be more obvious and statistics is more meaningful.7. Comparison of the changes of FSH value between two groupsBy t test, comparison of the changes in FSH value between two groups in the first month and third month after treatment has not been significantly different.8. And comparison in the third month after treatment has been significantly different. The improvement of LH value of the treatment group has been superior to the control group in the third month after treatment. This reflects effect of the decreasing the LH value of treatment group in longer observation period may be more obvious. The LH value can be effectively reduced by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets. But this effect may be reduced in the longer observation period.9. Comparison of the changes of LH/FSH value between two groupsBy t test, comparison of the changes in LH/FSH value between two groups in the first month after treatment has not been significantly different. And comparison in the third month after treatment has been significantly different. The improvement of LH/FSH value of the treatment group has been superior to the control group in the third month after treatment. This reflects effect of the decreasing the LH value of treatment group in longer observation period may be more obvious. The LH value can be effectively reduced by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets. But this effect may be reduced in the longer observation period.10. Comparison of the changes of T value between two groupsBy t test, comparison of the changes in T value between two groups in the first month after treatment has been significantly different. The improvement of T value of the control group has been superior to the treatment group in the first month after treatment. And comparison in the third month after treatment has not been significantly different. This reflects effect of the decreasing the T value of treatment group in longer observation period may be more obvious. The T value can be effectively reduced by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets. But this effect may be reduced in the longer observation period.Conelusion1. Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupuncture has an advantage in improving the PCOS patients’TCM syndromes and menstrual symptoms. Compared with the control group, this advantage in a longer observation period after stopping treatment is more obvious.2. Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupuncture has an advantage in improving the PCOS patients’body mass index and ovarian follicle number. Compared with the control group, this advantage in a longer observation period after stopping treatment is more obvious.3. Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupuncture treatment can reduce the LH value、T value and LH/FSH value. Compared with the control group, this advantage in a longer observation period after stopping treatment is more obvious.
