An Explored Study Of Xiaofeng Powder Addition And Subtraction On Pruritus Of Skin In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients By External Washing

Objective: Probing the clinical effect of modified xiaofeng powder washing skin on the maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each are 40 patients,by the method of random grouping.Finally,because of the loss of 2 cases,40 cases belong to treatment group and 38 cases belong to control group in 78 cases;The method of maintenance hemodialysis and symptomatic support was treated by the control group.The treatment group was used the modified xiaofeng powder to wash the itchy skin which on the basis treatment of the control group.Treatment time was 8 weeks;Clinical efficacy indicators was used by modified Duo’s pruritus score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to evaluate the patient’s score before treatment and after treatment of 2,4 and 8 weeks.The clinical effect of chinese medicine was by the TCM symptom integration.some laboratory indexes included blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,urea nitrogen,creatinine which were used to evaluate the two group’s changes of clinical indexes.We used statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external washing on itchy skin by modified xiaofeng powder.Results:1.In the two groups.The modified xiaofeng powder’s group was more perfect than the control group in the clinical curative effect index,according to the modified Duo’s pruritus score and PSQI score(P<0.01).2.Compared of the two groups’ patients with TCM symptom score,the treatment group’s score become less low than the control group,P<0.01.3.There was no significant change in the Bun、Scr、Ca、P、IPTH value of the two groups,P>0.05,So It’s no statistical significance.4.Comparison and analysis of TCM syndrome score between two groups.The total effective rate was 87.5% in the modified xiaofeng powder’s group and 42.11%in hemodialysis group,So the effect of Xiaofeng powder’s group by external washing was better than that of single hemodialysis group.Comparison of Western Medicine Effect Points between the two groups,The total efficiency of the external washing group and the single hemodialysis group were 92% and 44.74%,So the effect of external washing group of Xiaofeng Powder was more good(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Modified xiaofeng powder can improve the maintenance hemodialysis patients skin itching of blood deficiency wind dryness,can improve the quality of sleep,and improve the living standards of patients by external washing.2.On the other hand,This wash recipe by external washing has no effect on the Bun、Scr、Ca、P、IPTH level of patients.
