The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction On URAT1 And GLUT9 Of Hyperuricemia

Objectives Through the clinical treatment of Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction on hyperuricemia patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction,the efficacy of the prescription and the levels of URAT1 and GLUT9 were observed,and the mechanism of its uric acid-lowering effect was preliminarily explored.Methods Eighty cases who met the conditions for enrollment were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 40 patients.The experimental group was given with the combination of Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction and basis treatment,and the control group was given with basic treatment in addition to benzbromarone.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.The observation index before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the curative effect of the two methods,such as TCM syndrome score,blood uric acid,24 h uric acid,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,URAT1,GLUT9,etc.Results During the 8-weeks study of this trial,there were 2 patients of abscission in the experimental group.In the control group,one patient fell off,one patient dropping out due to an acute attack of gouty arthritis,and 76 patients were completed in the end.After 8weeks of treatment,1.The TCM syndromes scores of both groups were lower than those at0 week(P < 0.05),and the reduction in the experimental group was more obvious(P <0.05).The total effective rates in the experimental group and the control group are 89.47%and 60.53%,which showed that the Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction had a significant effect on improving the symptoms of TCM.2.The SUA of both groups was significantly lower than those at 0 week,and 24 h UUA was higher than before(P < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups after 8 weeks showed that the Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction was equivalent to benzbromarone in reducing uric acid levers and increasing uric acid excretion.3.The levels of URAT1 and GLUT9 in the two groups were lower than those at 0 week(P< 0.05),and the decrease in the control group was more obvious(P < 0.05).4.The ESR of both groups had no significant change compared with 0 weeks(P > 0.05).5.The FPG of the both groups was lower than that at 0 week(P < 0.05),and the decline of the experimental group was more obvious(P < 0.05),which indicated that Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction had a significant effect on improving the disorder of glucose metabolism.6.The TG of the both groups was lower than that at 0 week,and the decrease range of the experimental group was more obvious(P < 0.05).At the same time,the TC and LDL-C of the experimental group also decreased,indicating that Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction had a significant effect on in improving the disorder of lipid metabolism.7.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group.Blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,ECG,color doppler ultrasound of urinary system were all within normal range.Conclusions 1 Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction can treat the clinical related symptoms of hyperuricemia with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction.2 Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction can significantly reduce blood uric acid levels and promote uric acid excretion,which may be related to lowering the levels of URAT1 and GLUT9.3 Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction can reduce blood sugar and blood lipid levels,improving metabolic disorders.4 Xuanyun Shensuan Decoction has no obvious adverse effects during the treatment process.Figure 0;Table 15;Reference 156...
