Observation On The Curative Efficacy Of Jingui Wenjing Decoction Combined With Progynova In The Treatment Of Thin Endometrial Infertility Of Deficiency Cold Syndrome

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Jingui Wenjing Decoction combined with Progynova in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility of deficiency cold syndrome,to provide more reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 72 patients with thin endometrium infertility of deficiency cold syndrome who visited our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled,and randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases)through the random number table.The treatment group was treated with Jingui Wenjing Decoction +Progynova.Jingui Wenjing Decoction 200 ml 2/day and Progynova 2 mg 1/day were administered from the 5th day of menstruation,and lasted for 21 consecutive days.The control group was treated with Progynova.Progynova 2 mg 1/day were administered from the 5th day of menstruation,and lasted for 21 consecutive days.From the 11 th day of the menstrual cycle,both groups were given progesterone tablets 10 mg 2/day for 10 consecutive days.Patients in the two groups took medicine continuously for 3 menstrual cycles,and stopped taking medicine in case of pregnancy during the period.The ovulation and endometrium of both groups were examined by ultrasonography every other day from the 8th day of menstruation,when the maximum diameter of the follicle was greater than or equal to 18 mm,the patients were instructed to have sexual intercourse.The TCM symptom scores,menstrual quantity,endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow parameters PI,RI,endometrial morphology,clinical pregnancy rate and clinical comprehensive curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were monitored.Results Comparison of clinical symptoms(TCM syndrome score,menstrual volume score): the two groups after treatment were improved compared with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison of parameters of transvaginal ultrasonography(endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,endometrial blood flow parameters PI,RI): after treatment,the endometrial thickness,endometrial types,blood flow PI,RI was better than before,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,The endometrial types and blood flow PI,RI was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the endometrial thickness was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);In terms of clinical pregnancy rate comparison,the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 50%,while that in the control group was30.56%.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05).In terms of clinical comprehensive curative effect comparison,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions Jingui Wenjing Decoction combined with Progynova can improve the clinical symptoms of endometrial infertility with deficiency-cold syndrome(TCM symptom,menstrual volume),parameters of transvaginal ultrasonography(endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,endometrial blood flow parameters PI,RI),and effectively enhance pregnancy rate and clinical comprehensive curative effect.TCM combined treatment was better than Progynova.Figure 0;Table 11;Reference 107...
