| Objective:Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction was used to treat infertile patients with thin endometrium of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer.To investigate the effect of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction on endometrial thickness and MAPK signaling pathway in female rats,and to explore the efficacy of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction in improving the clinical pregnancy rate,the mechanism and target of action.Methods:In the clinical study,Line selection FET the kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of thin endometrium in patients with infertility,random number method divided into observation group and control group,30cases in each group.The endometrial thickness,classification,volume and vascularization index of endometrial blood flow of human chorionic gonadotropin in the two groups were analyzed.Vascular blood flow and resistance index of uterine artery blood flow,Pulsation index,serum E2level,and pulsation rate of clinical pregnancy.Eighteen female SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and traditional Chinese medicine group,with 6 rats in each group.The expression of VEGF,Vimentin and CK19 in endometrium were detected.The expression of RAF1,MEK and ERK.Results:Clinical studies:A Two groups after treatment in patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM syndrome integral are falling,and the observation group than the control group significantly lower(P<0.05).The thickness and volume of intrauterine membrane in HCG days in both groups were improved after treatment,and observation group of patients with HCG day palace of film thickness and endometrial volume increases obviously better than the control group.Endometrial blood flow to the VI,FI and VFI were increased,the observation group higher than the control group.Uterine artery blood flow PI and RI were markedly reduced,observation group of lower level is better than the control group(P<0.05).HCG day serum E2 level in both groups after treatment than before treatment were significantly increased,and the rise in observation group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).Clinical pregnancy rate,in the surveillance group is significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Animal studies:Model group rats endometrium was thin,with few glands,fewer blood vessels and poor endometrial continuity.In the Chinese medicine group,the uterine glands were reduced,the capillaries were increased,and Chinese traditional medicine group rats endometrial thickness thickening in the model group.Model group than the control group significantly decreased serum levels of adenosine phosphate ring,and was a significant increase in serum levels of ring guanosine phosphate.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine group and VEGF,Vimentin and expression of CK19 were relatively less than control,it was higher than that in the model group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Model group ERK,MEK and RAF1 protein expression quantity than the control group were significantly lower,Chinese traditional medicine group of MEK,ERK and RAF1 protein expression increased significantly in the model group,however,it was still lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Kidney Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with thin endometrium can be weakened by Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction,the endometrial thickness was increased,and endometrial blood perfusion was improved.increase serum E2 level,improve endometrial blood perfusion,and improve clinical pregnancy rate.In addition,it can promote the expression of VEGF,Vimentin,CK19,RAF1,MEK and ERK in thin endometrium rats,maintain the normal proliferation function of cells,and improve the receptivity of thin endometrium. |
