Objective: To measure and analyze the distribution characteristics of different refractive states and eyeball biological parameters of patients with different types of primary glaucoma,and analyze the characteristics of eyeball anatomy.Methods:Retrospectively collected 88 patients with primary glaucoma,and selected 44 healthy people who went to the ophthalmology department during the same period.Divided into primary open-angle glaucoma group(POAG group)44 cases,primary angle-closure glaucoma group(PACG group)44 cases,healthy control group 44 cases,check the central corneal thickness(CCT)and axial length(AL),corneal curvature(K1/K2)and anterior chamber depth(ACD),according to the results of optometry,the differences in the biological parameters of the eyeballs of different types of primary glaucoma under emmetropia,myopia,and hyperopia were analyzed.Results: In the face-up state,the ACD values of the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The ACD value of the PACG group was lower than that of the control group and the POAG group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under myopia,the AL value and ACD value of the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The AL value of the POAG group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PACG group The ACD value of is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In hyperopia,the AL value,K1 value,K2 value,and ACD value of the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AL value of the PACG group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);among the ACD values,the ACD value of the PACG group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: POAG only shows obvious structural features when combined with myopia,that is,the length of the eye axis is longer.When combined with emmetropia and hyperopia,there is no obvious structural difference from pure emmetropia and pure hyperopia.However,the PACG showed obvious shallow anterior chamber in any refractive state.
