| Objective:We will collect some RCT research literature and use meta-analysis method for scientific analysis, these RCT studies are using oral Chinese medicine as the experimental group, conventional western medicine as the control group. The purpose of this meta-analysis is to know the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease, and we still have the hope that our research can provide some help for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease. Methods:Based on the meta-analysis process provided by the Cochrane Collaboration Network, the inclusion and exclusion criteria of research literature were established.Search Chinese and English databases with keywords + subject headings. Then, research literature was screened according to established benchmarks. After a total of four times of literature elimination,we found a total of 17 RCT literatures that met the criteria. After extracting the relevant research data of these 17 literatures,we used the modified Jadad scale and the Cochrane risk assessment tool to evaluate these literatures that had passed the screening.Revman5.3 was used to compare the efficacy and safety between the experimental group using traditional Chinese medicine and the control group using western medicine. The comparison indexes included total effective rate,YGTSS score subtraction value,TCM syndrome effective rate, recurrence rate in half a year of follow-up and adverse reactions.Results:1,Compared with the control group treated with western medicine, the experimental group treated with traditional Chinese medicine has more advantages. These advantages are mainly reflected in whether it is effective on the whole, whether it is effective from the perspective of TCM symptoms, and whether it will recur after six months of rehabilitation. These data are enough to illustrate a problem, that is,traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating this disease, and the effect is very stable. The adverse reactions of patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were also significantly less than those treated with western medicine, suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine is very safe in the treatment of this disease.2,In terms of reducing YGTSS score, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group;there were too few samples of TESS score data to analyze. Conclusion:The method of eliminating wind and resolving phlegm is effective and safe in the treatment of tic disorder in children, but it still needs a large number of randomized double-blind clinical trials for verification. |
