Clinical Study Of Bailing Tablets On Subclinical Hypothyroidism Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis(Qi Deficiency Type)

Objective: This study is to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Bailing tablet in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(Qi deficiency)in Hashimoto thyroiditis,and to explore a new way for the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,and provide some reference for clinical treatment.Methods: 64 patients with ht-sch(Qi deficiency type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 patients in each group.The treatment cycle was 12 weeks.Control group: on the basis of lifestyle intervention,oral administration of Bailing tablet and placebo 2.25 g three times a day.Treatment group:on the basis of lifestyle intervention,bailing tablet 2.25 g was taken orally three times a day.The TSH,FT3,FT4,TGAb,TPOAb,thyroid size and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:Before treatment,the baseline conditions of completion,gender,age,course of disease,TSH,FT3,FT4,TGAb,TPOAb,thyroid size and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the TSH,TGAb,TPOAb and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01);the TSH level of the control group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in TGAb,TPOAb and TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05);the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in FT3,FT4 and thyroid size between the two groups Statistical significance(P> 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 12.90%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).During the whole trial,the safety indexes of patients were completely in the normal range.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the patients,indicating that this treatment method is safe.Conclusion:Bailing tablet in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis subclinical hypothyroidism(Qi deficiency type)has definite curative effect,can significantly reduce the levels of TSH,TGAb,TPOAb,and improve the majority of clinical symptoms of qi deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine;and no obvious adverse reactions and side effects were found in the observation process,with good safety.
