| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guyuan-moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism of Hashimoto’ s thyroiditis based on the theory of "preventive treatment of diseases".Methods:66 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism of Hashimoto’ s Thyroiditis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Guyuan-moxibustion combined with acupoint embedding once a week,for a total of 4 weeks.The control group was treated with Euthyrox 25 μg/day for 4 weeks.The changes of serum thyroid hormone levels,thyroid autoantibody titers and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and statistically analyzed.Results:1.Analysis of baseline data(1)Gender composition of patients in the two groups:in the observation group of 32 cases,4 cases were male,accounting for 12.5%,and 28 cases were female,accounting for 87.5%;In the control group,there were 6 males(20.0%)and 24 females(80.0%).(2)Age composition:45.34±9.25 years old in the observation group and 43.83±8.18 years old in the control group;(3)Disease course distribution:observation group:9(8)months,control group:10(8)months;(4)Thyroid hormone levels before treatment:①TSH:10.78±3.56 in the observation group and 12.01 ±3.95 in the control group;②TT4:92.39±13.53 in the observation group and 94.84±14.06 in the control group;③FT4:16.72±1.86 in the observation group and 16.27±1.68 in the control group;(5)The level of thyroid autoantibody before treatment:①TPOAb:152,35(205.31)in the observation group and 100.35(193.52)in the control group;②TGAb:observation group:225.84(123.99),control group:211.54±(98.94);(6)Anxiety and depression scores:①SAS score:observation group:43.13±9.26,control group:43.23±9.28;②SDS score:observation group:45.72±9.41,control group;45.23±9.21.No statistically significant difference were observed in the above data(P>0.05).The data were comparable.2.Analysis of treatment results(1)Thyroid hormone level:①TSH:The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).②TT4,FT4:There was no significant difference between groups or within groups(P>0.05).(2)Thyroid antibody titer:①TPOAb:The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).②TGAb:In the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Anxiety and depression scores:①SAS scores:the difference was statistically significant in the observation group(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant in the control group(P<0.05);The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).②SDS scores:There was statistically significant difference in observation group(P<0.01),but no statistically significant difference in control group(P>0.05);The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Curative effect:The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.25%.The total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of "preventive treatment of diseases",Guyuan-moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism of Hashimoto’ s Thyroiditis has a better effect than eutyrox in improving thyroid function,maintaining stable TT4 and FT4 levels of patients,in reducing the level of TPOAb and TGAb,improving the state of patients with anxiety depression has significant advantages,and no obvious adverse reaction.It can also prolong the interval of treatment and reduce the frequency of treatment.It has certain economic value,which is worthy of promotion. |
