Clinical Study Of YiQi Huo Xue Powder On Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of adding Yiqi Huoxue powder into Western medicine treatment in patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Method:This study included 100 outpatients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),who visited the emergency department and classical ward of Chinese medicine in Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021.These patients were randomly divided into control group and test group according to the ratio of 1:1.Patients in control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,while test group were given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with Yiqi Huoxue powder.The treatment course is 30 days.In this study,relevant efficacy indexes(CCS angina classification,TCM efficacy evaluation quantitative score,nitroglycerin dosage,SAQ score,blood lipids)were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and safety and adverse reactions were monitored.IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used for data analysis and processing.Results:(1)Comparison of efficacy:In test group,total effective rate was83.3%,apparent effective rate 37.5%,and effective rate 45.8%.In control group,total effective rate was 60.8%,apparent effective rate21.7%,effective rate 39.1%.The statistical differences between the two group shows that the efficacy of the former is superior to that of the latter.(2)In improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,stopping rate of nitroglycerin and SAQ score,both groups had effective effects.However,the former improved better than the latter.(3)In improving cholesterol,triacylglycerol and LDL cholesterol indexes,both groups had effective effects.While in terms of improvements in cholesterol and LDL cholesterol,the former was superior to the latter.(4)There was no significant abnormality in the safety indexes between the test group and the control group,and there was no difference in adverse reactions.Conclusion:Of the two treatments,conventional Western medicine treatment combined with Yiqi Huoxue powder was better than the other for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type and can improve the scores and indicators of related clinical symptoms.And it had high safty,not increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
