Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis With Yiqiwuchong Powders

Objective :yiqihuoxue is a popular methed in the TCM.By study effect of the method to patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease,we can sure the yiqiwucong powers can be used in the mass in future.Methods:60 cases patient from outpatient with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,one was treatment group anothor is control group.The former was given yiqi wucong powder,the latter Tongxinluo.4 weeks later,compared the the clinicalefficacy ECG and blood lipid change,TCM Syndrome.Result:After the treatment,the two group have effect,the total effective rate of treatment gorup(83%)is better than the control group(83%),the statistical significance was found in group and among group of TCM syndrome,especially in chest pain,chest stuffiness,shoutness of breath,feeble.(P<0.01)the statistical significance was also found in ECG.two groups of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate in close agreement(P>0.05).The safty monitoring have no abnormity,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Yiqi wuchong powder put the yiqi yangxue in the important place.The medicine is practical and effective especially in TCM syndrome.2.Yiqi wucong powder has good curative in ECG change and nitroglycerin withdrawal rate.
