| Objective:In this study,the therapy of Acupuncture and moxibustion with tranquilizing,regulating menstruation and Zuo Gui Yin were used to treat diminished ovarian reserve with kidney Yin deficiency,then we observe the effect of this therapy on the level of sex hormones,AMH,AFC,clinical syndromes and pregnancy outcome.Methods:In the study,66 patients with diminished ovarian reserve with kidney Yin deficiency were randonly assigned to the treatment group(Acupuncture and moxibustion with tranquilizing,regulating menstruation and Zuo Gui Yin)or the control group(Zuo Gui Yin).In the treatment group,the patients took acupuncture and moxibustion therapy three-time a week,and the therapy time was lasted half an hour per time.The both group took Zuo Gui Yin.The both group were stopped treating when in menstruation and followed up for 3 months.The index,like FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH,AFC,clinical syndromes and menstruation,pregnancy outcome were used to evaluate the clinical effects between the two groups.Results:1.The baseline:There were no statistical difference between with the two groups in baseline(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Comparison before and after treatment:(1)Basic hormone levels and AMH:the treatment group could improve the level of sex hormones,AMH(P<0.05),but there was no difference in FSH/LH;the control group could regulate the level of FSH、E2 and AMH(P<0.05),(2)AFC:the both group could increase AFC,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);(3)Clinical syndromes and the score of menstruation:the both group could improve clinical syndromes and the score of menstruation,,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);(4)pregnancy outcome:in the treatment group,there was three person conceived,the rate of clinical pregnancy was 12.50%.In the Zuo Gui Yin group,there was one person conceived,the rate of clinical pregnancy was 4.55%.3.Comparison between the two groups:(1)Basic hormone levels and AMH: After treatment,the treatment group improved the value of FSH,LH and AMH better than the Zuo Gui Yin group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in FSH/LH or E2;(2)AFC:there was no difference between the two group in increasing AFC;(3)Clinical syndromes and the score of menstruation:the both group could better improve clinical syndromes and the score of menstruation than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)pregnancy outcome:in the treatment group,there were three person conceived(12.50%);in the control group,there was one person conceived(4.55%);there was no difference between the two groups in improving the pregnancy outcome.4.Safety observation:there were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:1.The therapy of Acupuncture and moxibustion with tranquilizing,regulating menstruation and Zuo Gui Yin could improve the ovarian reserve in diminished ovarian reserve patient with kidney Yin deficiency.2.The therapy of Acupuncture and moxibustion with tranquilizing,regulating menstruation and Zuo Gui Yin is safe,there was not any adverse reaction in the trial.So,the therapy is worth application. |
