Clinical Research On Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles Therapy For Decreased Ovarian Reserve

Objective:1.To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine from Invigorating the kidney and Regulating menstruation cycles and treatment of kidney yin deficiency of diminished ovarian reserve;2.Improving the clinical symptoms,restoring normal menstrual cycle,improving the quality of life;3.To improve the success rate of natural pregnancy and ART(Assisted Reproductive Technology);4.To provide a basis for further promotion and application in clinical practice.Method:This research adopts the method of self control,to collect 30 cases of patients with diminished ovarian reserve(kidney yin deficiency type)according to the inclusion criteria,Patients were treated by the use of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles therapy for 6 months.Before and after the treatment were compared,analysis of the menstrual cycle length of patients,whether the quantity changes of clinical symptoms and the extent of the changes,and observe the serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),FSH/LH ratio(FSH/LH)changes,the change in B-type ultrasonic inspection,to observe the possibility of natural pregnancy in patients with infertility,to analyze the mechanism and the curative effect of Invigorating the kidney and Regulating menstruation cycles on diminished ovarian reserve.Results:1.After treatment,recovery of 3 patients,the proportion of 10%,markedly effective in 7 cases,the proportion of 23.3%,effective in 17 cases,the proportion of 56.7%,the total effective rate of up to 90%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 90%,compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences.(P<0.05)2.compared with before treatment,after treatment,E2 increased,FSH decreased,FSH/LH decreased,there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the LH value before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.After the treatment of TCM symptoms total score was 12.27+9.21,compared with before treatment,TCM symptoms total score 28.13+4.98 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,menstrual cycle,and patients,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,tinnitus,palpitation,irritability,insomnia and hot flashes sweating symptoms were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of kidney yin deficiency of diminished ovarian reserve by Invigorating the kidney and Regulating menstruation cycles,clinical curative effect is remarkable.It can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and adjust the level of sex hormone and the menstrual cycle in patients with tonifying the kidney and regulating menstrual cycle;This method by adjusting the heart kidney uterus axis,to regulate the internal environment,so as to improve the ovarian function.
