| With the development of biomedicine and electronic information science,people’s lifestyles have become diversified,and there are some new demands in the fields of health monitoring,disease-assisted treatment,and skill training.Traditional drug treatment or major surgical treatment is restricted by unfavorable factors such as high cost and large side effects,while neuromodulation/behavioral intervention through brain electrical stimulation has the advantages of quick effect,strong pertinence,and small side effects.Begin to apply in disease treatment,behavioral intervention and other fields.In addition,the development of piezoelectric materials enables some functional devices to work for a long time without being limited by an external power supply.This paper implements a novel self-powered pulse detection and behaviorintervention system.Based on the piezoelectric principle and fear adjustment mechanism,the knee drives the piezoelectric sheet to vibrate to collect the electrical energy required for brain electrical stimulation.This part of the electrical energy can be modulated into a specific stimulation signal through the data analysis and processing module;The pulse of the neck drives the piezoelectric film to vibrate and the output electrical signal is used to characterize the frequency and amplitude of the pulse.When the abnormal pulse of the neck is detected,the data analysis and processing module outputs the stimulation signal and conducts the periaqueductal gray(PAG)brain region through the electrodes.Behavioral intervention with electrical stimulation to achieve cessation of movement.The whole system has no external energy input,and this new type of human sign detection and behavior intervention system can provide a new model for the future medical and health fields.Specific studies are as follows:(1)Design and manufacture biosensors with high sensitivity and good stability.The polyvinylidene fluoride film(PVDF)needs to be encapsulated,which has good sensing performance and flexibility after encapsulation,and two measurements,standard measurement and biological measurement,are required to verify the sensing performance and stability of the biosensor.The biological measurement includes Measure the pulse beat information and respiration sensing of the human body under different motion states.(2)Use lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramics(PZT)as the energy collection module to test the power generation capability of PZT after being worn on the knee.At the same time,the data analysis and processing module is customized to realize the signal modulation function,and the output of the data analysis and processing module is tested.The electrical signal is satisfied with the stimulation of the PAG brain area.(3)Validate the behavioral intervention system through mouse experiments,including electrode embedding,brain slice staining analysis,and running data analysis.The stimulation signal was input into the mouse PAG brain area through the data analysis processing module and stimulation electrodes during the roller running experiment in mice,and the difference in running distance and running time between the stimulation group and the control group is analyzed to judge the effect of behavioral intervention. |
