Social Network And Entrepreneur Management Thought

In recent years,some scholars have set out from the actual needs of Chinese enterprises to build a Chinese management philosophy and knowledge system with their own characteristics,and have emerged a lot of Chinese management ideas.For example,harmony management,harmonious management,Oriental management,road based management and so on.From the existing historical data,some "forerunners" have begun to explore modern civilization,science and technology,western management ideas and Chinese traditional culture,institutional basis and Chinese wisdom,and carry out the innovation of Chinese characteristics of management knowledge.Generally speaking,management thoughts and practices in modern China are rich and active,showing many characteristics of management practice under the "Chinese context".Such as the thinking of "making foreign things in use" and "being ancient for the present" in the management philosophy;ethical contract spirit and social sense of responsibility;strategic positive and steady integration and so on.The management thought in modern China is fragmented as a whole.The origin and development process of the Chinese localization management research,the internal connection between various localization ideas,the integration of the local management research and the western management thought,and the specific contribution to the human management knowledge system have not yet formed a wide range.And identify a clear ruler of time.We will sort out numerous fragmented management ideas,and carry out empirical research from macro level and micro level.We should not only stop the interpretation and induction of historical documents on text,but also need to start from a dynamic and evolutional organic world view,pay attention to complexity and diversity,pay attention to the thinkers and practitioners from the interaction of knowledge,individual and environment,and excavate the reasons for the formation of the "wisdom" of the concurrent management of China from the deep level..Taking representatives as the research objects and clues is an important breakthrough point.Zhang Jian is a very important figure in modern China and a pioneer in the modernization of China.As an outstanding industrialist,politician,educator and social activist in modern times,Zhang Jian also has an enterpriser spirit as well as an excellent practitioner and thinker of business management.His thought and practice not only have a profound influence on Modern Chinese society,but still have great reference and Enlightenment for today’s society.For several decades,Chinese academic circles have been very active in the study of Zhang Jian,which covers a wide range of studies,covering his thoughts and practices in the fields of politics,economy,culture,education,industrial development,public welfare and social management,and has achieved fruitful results.But objectively speaking,the summary of Zhang Jian’s enterprise management thought in the microcosmic level still needs to be further expanded,the breadth and depth of the system induction and integration need to be strengthened.The enlightenment and the application of the hot and difficult problems in the current enterprise management still need to be promoted,and the formation and development of Zhang Jian’s management thought from the global perspective are formed.The historical logic of the exhibition is not much discussed,that is,the question of "what to think and what to do "in the history of management,and the question of "how to think" and "why do you think and do it"?This article mainly discusses from three aspectsFirst,summarying management thought of Zhang JianSecond,analysising social network of Zhang jianThird,investigating the relationship between social network and management practiceThrough a comprehensive survey of Zhang Jian’s management thoughts and Zhang Jian’s enterprise practice,this paper holds that Zhang Jian is inlaid in the complex social network of modern China.Zhang Jian’s social network structure and network position not only promoted the continuous enrichment of Zhang Jian’s management thought,but also promoted the continuous expansion of Zhang Jian’s career.From the perspective of Ideas in Context,this paper introduces the complex adaptive system,Embeddedness and social network theory,and establishes an analytical framework.Under the background of the social change of modern China,taking the historical documents as the basis,the author systematically excavates and integrates the views and practices of Zhang Jian’s business management activities on the basis of historical documents,reveals the characteristics of the social network relationship structure related to the business operation of Zhang Jian in his life period,and dynamically investigates the formation of Zhang Jian’s management thought.And development mechanism,providing a basis for summarizing and refining historical logic in the interaction between knowledge and environment.Based on the social network theory,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the formation mechanism of Zhang Jian’s management thought,and tries to combine the social history with the history of thought according to the specific historical documents and the social network database.Meanwhile,it also promotes the change of the research mode of the history of management thinking.
