Management is a common phenomenon in all kinds of organized activities in human society.It is a practical activity in which certain people(one or more)mange people,money,materials,information,time and field in a specific way.Management is the key to the success or failure of any enterprise,any social organization and any country.And any successful management must have correct and effective management methods.The dialectical thinking method is a Marxist philosophical method which embodies the scientific nature,and has universal guiding significance for doing a good job in management.However,the most popular management methods in reality are the western management methods.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to extend the dialectical thinking method to the management work.The dialectical thinking method I put forward in the paper has universal applicability for any management work.However,since enterprise management is the birthplace of management science and has the most typical significance for doing well in management,the paper mainly conducts research and demonstration from the perspective of enterprise management.This paper studies the application of contradictory thinking,systematic thinking,strategic thinking,innovative thinking and practical thinking in enterprise management.In practice,it can bring some inspiration for managers about how to use dialectical thinking method to improve the efficiency of enterprise management.Theoretically speaking,this not only advocates and carries forward the scientific research tradition of guiding enterprise management practice with dialectical thinking,enriches and develops contemporary enterprise management theory and method in China,but also helps to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in China's social and economic construction.The paper is divided into six parts:In the introduction part,the background and significance of the topic selection,as well as the connotation and extension of the main concepts are described.In the second part of the introduction,the author first combs the basic characteristics of dialectical thinking,such as the historical evolution,objectivity,connection,development and comprehensiveness of dialectical thinking;secondly,it clarifies the concrete development of dialectical thinking;finally,it discusses the concept of enterprise management,the specific,general and philosophical methods of enterprise management.The core of dialectical thinking is contradictory thinking.The systematic thinking,strategic thinking,innovative thinking and practical thinking in this paper can be explained through the analysis of the unity of the opposites,so they are the concrete development of dialectical thinking.The last two parts of the introduction introduce the research status,research methods,possible innovations and shortcomings of the paper.The first chapter discusses the contradictory thinking and its application in enterprise management.The first section of this chapter briefly reviews the evolution process of contradictory thought in history.On this basis,the second section summarizes the connotation and main methods of contradictory thinking.Paradoxical thinking refers to the way of thinking which is based on the recognition of the universal existence of contradictions.Through the analysis of contradictions and the resolution of contradictions,the goal of understanding and transformation of the world is realized.Contradictory thinking mainly includes four methods:dialectical viewpoint,specific analysis of specific problems,focusing on the key points and grasping the mainstream,and integration of the key-point theory and the two-side theory.The third section discusses the reasons for the use of contradictory thinking in enterprise management.Firstly,there are contradictions in the process of business operation;secondly,the development of enterprises is the process of constantly solving various management contradictions;thirdly,it is an effective way for enterprise management innovation to solve contradictions.The fourth section of this chapter discusses the specific application of contradictory thinking in enterprise management practice.First of all,managers should insist on admitting contradictions and looking at the problems all sidedly in management;secondly,managers should insist on analyzing contradictions and adopting different solutions for different management contradictions;thirdly,managers should insist on solving contradictions and pay attention to key points and mainstream of work;finally,managers should combine key-point theory with two-side theory in their work.The second chapter discusses systematic thinking and its application in enterprise management.The first section of this chapter briefly reviews the evolution of system thought in history.The second section summarizes the connotation and basic characteristics of system thinking.Systematic thinking is a thinking method in which the thinking subject observes and looks at the object as a system,and understands the objective object from the relationship among system elements,that between elements with environment,and that between system and environment.It has four basic characteristics:integrity,structructiviry,coordination and openness.The third section discusses the reasons for the use of contradictory thinking in enterprise management.The first is that the modern enterprise itself is a complex system;the second is that it is the objective requirement of modern management to insist on systematic thinking;the third is that it is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The fourth section discusses the specific application of system thinking in enterprise management practice.First of all,managers should take the overall interests of the enterprise as the goal,which requires management to deeply understand the truth that "the elements function more effectively as a whole than those work separately ";secondly,managers should do a good job in the design of enterprise organizational structure,which requires managers to have a full understanding of the principle that "structure determines function";thirdly,managers should attach great importance to the internal coordination of enterprises and actively coordinate enterprises Finally,managers should adhere to open thinking and actively absorb external social funds,talents,technology,information and other resources to promote the development of enterprises.The third chapter discusses strategic thinking and its role in management.The first section of this chapter briefly reviews the evolution of strategic thinking in history.The second section summarizes the connotation of strategic thinking and the basic characteristics of systematic thinking.Strategic thinking includs thinking mode,thinking concept and thinking activities that are unique to people in strategic planning,and study the overall,long-term and fundamental guiding laws.It is the whole process of strategic subject's thinking comparison,thinking judgment,thinking selection,thinking decision-making,thinking implementation,thinking feedback,thinking correction,thinking summary and sublimation.It has three basic characteristics:overall viewpoint,foresight and purpose-orientation.The third section discusses the reasons why strategic thinking should be used in enterprise management.First,it is the main responsibility of managers,especially senior managers,to solve strategic problems;second,strategic thinking is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises;third,strategic thinking is conducive to seize development opportunities and realize leapfrog development.The fourth section discusses the specific application of strategic thinking in enterprise management practice.First of all,managers should master the strategic method of overall planning.In practical work,it requires managers not only to have the ability to grasp the overall situation of the work,but also to fully mobilize the local enthusiasm;secondly,managers should formulate far-sighted strategic objectives.This not only requires managers to have strategic foresight,but also needs managers to deal with the relationship between long-term strategic objectives and short-term tactical objectives;finally,managers should implement strategic measures to gain competitive advantage.In the zero sum game,managers should implement the strategic measures to seize the opportunity.In the non zero sum game,managers should lay the foundation for their further development in the way of win-win cooperation.The fourth chapter discusses the innovative thinking and its role in enterprise management.The first section of this chapter briefly reviews the evolution of innovative ideas in history.The second section summarizes the connotation and basic characteristics of innovative thinking.Innovative thinking is a thinking process in which people,as the main body of thinking,critically reflect and reconstruct things and the world with certain thinking methods and means under the guidance of problem consciousness on the basis of practice,so as to form new ideas,theories and methods with certain value.It has three basic characteristics:seeking difference,risk and utility.The third section discusses the reasons why innovative thinking should be used in enterprise management.First,adhering to innovative thinking is the need of improving competitiveness and winning competitive advantage;second,adhering to innovative thinking is the need of the development and change of modern management functions;third,adhering to innovative thinking is the new need of contemporary economic and social development for management.The fourth section discusses the specific application of innovative thinking in enterprise management practice.First of all,managers should constantly innovate management methods according to the development of management practice;secondly,managers should not only have the spirit of responsibility,but also respect scientific innovation methods when innovating management methods;finally,managers should take improving management efficiency as the fundamental goal when making management innovation.The fifth section discusses the realistic path of cultivating entrepreneurship with innovative thinking as its essential feature.It includes three important aspects:to create a social atmosphere to respect and encourage entrepreneurs to start their own businesses;to create a legal environment to protect the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs according to law;and to create a business environment conducive to fair competition among entrepreneurs.The fifth chapter discusses the practical thinking and its role in enterprise management.The first section of this chapter briefly reviews the evolution of practical thought in history.The second section summarizes the connotation of practical thinking and the basic characteristics of practical thinking.In this paper,practical thinking is defined as the thinking mode guided by practical goals and it emphasizes that practice is the fundamental means to achieve practical goals.It has three basic characteristics:reality,value and innovation.The third section discusses the reasons for the need to adhere to practical thinking in enterprise management.First,adhering to practical thinking is the need to ensure that enterprises make scientific decisions;second,adhering to practical thinking is the need to ensure that enterprises face the challenges from competitors;third,adhering to practical thinking is the need to ensure enterprises to achieve long-term development.The fourth section discusses the specific application of practical thinking in enterprise management.To apply practical thinking to enterprise management,we must constantly promote the implementation of practice results.This can be done by improving the problem-oriented system construction,establishing the implementation oriented corporate culture,and implementing the effect oriented punishment standard.
