The Management Thought Of Pre-qin Confucian Leadership And Its Enlightenment Research In Modern Enterprises Management

Confucianism,as the mainstream of traditional Chinese culture,especially the pre-Qin Confucianism contains a very rich management thinking.Since the beginning of Confucius' "Confucianism",the development of Mencius and Xunzi has formed the management thought with Chinese traditional characteristics.Through the study of Confucian thought of pre-Qin Confucianism,it can be found that there are rich thought of leadership and management,the study of Confucian leadership and management is still insufficient.It shows that pre-Qin has a great impact on the modern theoretical significance for the enrichment and supplement of the Confucian thought of pre-Qin Confucianism and it will also have important practical reference for modern enterprise leadership management practice.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the pre-Qin Confucianism management thought,this paper analyzes the historical background of the pre-Qin Confucian leadership management thought,and has carried on the original combing to the classical management thought of Confucius,Mencius and Xunzi Bit of the leadership of the management about the ideological content of the in-depth analysis.Confucius advocated the idea of "benevolence" and practiced "benevolence" in leadership management.On the basis of the idea of "benevolence" of Confucius,mencius puts forward the idea of "the people is important" and believes that leaders should be of the people's profit.Xunzi's leadership management thought that leaders should be "good group",know people's good works and make demands on the selection and appointment of talents.To the leadership of the nature of management,leadership management of human nature,leadership management behavior,leadershipmanagement objectives for the theoretical basis.To implementing the principles of reconciliation,never theory,policy,management strategy of rule of virtue as the methodology,and determine the social organization structure,the formulation of government policy and policy,talent selection and appointment of behavior view,analysis the leadership view of moral quality and leadership for its quality,from four aspects to build the leadership management thoughts of the pre-qin Confucian philosophy.And from the modern enterprise of " Choose the right person " leadership talent," debate on justice and profit " modern enterprise leadership values,"nature and humanity" modern enterprise leadership of ecology and so on six aspects demonstrated the pre-qin Confucian leadership management thought has enlightenment function to the modern enterprise management.
