A Study On Service Quality Assessment Of Dance Sports Events On The Basis Of Athletes Perception

As one of the main body of sports dance events,athletes play an important role in sports dance events.Taking athletes as the main body of the service quality evaluation of sports events and making the organizers pay more attention to the service quality of athletes will help improve the satisfaction and loyalty of athletes to the events and promote the development of sports dance events.Establish the service quality evaluation system of sports events to diagnose and predict various service quality problems existing in the current events,and put forward constructive suggestions to promote the improvement and development of sports dance events.This research is based on the theory of service quality management,combing the research on service quality research and service quality evaluation of sports events,combining with the characteristics of sports dance events,interviewing experts in the field of sports event marketing management and sports dance,in-depth interviewing on the content,research methods and indicators selection of this research,followed by three rounds of expert questionnaires Based on the investigation,the evaluation index system of service quality of sports dance events perceived by athletes was established by revising and improving the evaluation index with expert opinions.Using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight and order the index.Finally,we evaluate the perceived service quality of the athletes in the 2019 cbdf China International Standard Dance finals,and issue a questionnaire to the athletes in the event.Based on the evaluation data obtained from the questionnaire,we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the evaluation results of the service quality of the athletes in the event.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.By using the methods of literature,athlete interview and Delphi,the evaluation index system of service quality of sports dance events based on the perception of athletes is constructed,which includes five first-class indexes:competition quality,competition environment,service personnel,safety service and logistics service,12 second-class indexes including referee service,competition service,venue facilities and equipment,and competition environment,and 54third-class indexes.2.Determine the weight of evaluation index by AHP.In the first level index competition quality,the referee service has the highest weight(the weight value is0.301);in the first level index competition environment,the venue facilities and equipment have the highest weight(the weight value is 0.193);in the first level index service personnel,the competition staff has the highest weight(the weight value is0.061);in the first level index safety service,the safety facilities and equipment have the highest weight(the weight value It is 0.11);in the first level index logistics service,traffic service has the highest weight(weight value is 0.031).3.The service quality of 2019 China International Standard Dance finals is satisfactory.The overall service quality score of the event is 4.255,and the athletes are satisfied with the evaluation level of service quality of the event.As the core service of the competition,"competition quality" scores the highest 4.291 points,athletes’ satisfaction is the highest,and as the auxiliary service of the competition,"logistics service" scores the lowest 4.133 points.The organizers of the competition should pay attention to it,which needs to be improved in the future.4.From the perspective of athletes’ perception,this study puts forward the following suggestions on how to improve the service quality of sports dance events:first,respect the opinions of athletes and fully understand the needs of athletes.Second,strengthen the supervision and management system of the event to ensure the fairness and justice of the event.Third,optimize the schedule and improve the efficiency and brilliance of the competition.Fourth,strengthen the professional training and service spirit of event staff,and improve the responsiveness of event services.Fifthly,we should enrich the forms of awarding awards and enhance the sense of honor of athletes.
