Assessment is the monitoring of colleges and universities teachers' teaching quality and to ensure the quality of personnel training important means,at present,the higher school teaching work center of gravity has been transformed by the development scale of improving the quality of the connotation of the education teaching,which requires the component part of higher school teaching work on the basis of profound thinking to make scientific research,sports dance teaching work.In sports dance from the niche is changed gradually to the period of popularization,college sports professional sports dance teaching should establish how to value orientation? The future university sports professional sports dance teaching how to realize the sustainable development? This requires higher school management with the university sports dance teaching workers to make scientific and rational answer.We believe that in the construction of good sports dance teaching in the system work,irreplaceable role of sports dance classroom teaching quality evaluation,scientific and rational teaching evaluation,able to work for sports professional sports dance teaching in colleges and universities determine clear school-running idea,scientific and reasonable school-running behavior,effectively meet the needs of society for sports dance talent diversification,and the optimization of university sports dance teaching work continuously,and the quality of sports dance teaching gradually improve.And set up the diversification of teaching quality,building a clear and operable,and adapt to the evaluation index system,is also the important measures toimprove university sports dance teaching work.Based on the above,this article takes Jiangsu province university sports professional sports dance teaching work status as the breakthrough point,to perfect the Jiangsu province university sports professional sports dance classroom teaching quality evaluation system for the starting point,in reference to existing sports dance in colleges and universities,on the basis of classroom teaching quality evaluation results,try using the comparison method and Delphi method to construct in jiangsu province university sports professional sports dance classroom teaching quality evaluation system,to work for the university sports dance teaching and the improvement of quality of sports dance teaching in colleges and universities have assisted effect.Results: preliminary constructed in Jiangsu province university sports professional sports dance class teaching quality evaluation index system: primary index consists of four parts,namely preparation,classroom teaching,classroom teaching effect of classroom teaching and after-school teaching reflection;Secondary index consists of 14 latitude,namely,teaching design,teaching plans to write,organization and management,situation creation,teaching,interaction between teachers and students,evaluation feedback,the knowledge,skills,understanding rate rate,music and dance beautiful,sports load and students subjective performance,teaching,and teaching reflection;Level 3 indicators composed of 33 latitude.Two rounds of Delphi method the statistical results show that the coefficient of experts were greater than0.70,the mean importance all greater than 3,the variationcoefficient between 0.00-0.28,Kendall coefficient between0.249-0.411,significant differences were experts coordination coefficient(P?0.05)or less.According to statistics from the representative,the positive coefficient,degree of authority to the concentration,the degree of variation,the Kendall harmonious coefficient are within the permitted scope of the Delphi method,desirable,reliable results,has certain scientific nature.
