| With the rapid development of internet,modern information technology and multimedia technology have become an essential part of our life and work,which not only have a great impact on our lives,but also affect the education.The new curriculum reform clearly requires that English courses should be gradually integrated with information technology,while the development of network technology also provides a good foundation for experiential teaching.Therefore,experiential teaching becomes a very good way in English teaching.Students are provided with immersive environment with the help of dimensional teaching design,which makes them more interested in English learning and they are more willing to learn.Their learning ability is greatly improved with the guidance of design in their perception and comprehension of knowledge.This thesis firstly used the research method,action research method,questionnaire survey,observation method and interviewing method,with efforts of analysis of the literature to understand the development overview,related concepts,teaching theories and design concepts of experiential teaching.Secondly,the thesis studies the experimental theories to summarize the teaching model and creates the design analysis methods,teaching strategy and evaluation.The thesis also validates the feasibility of applying internet technology to experiential classrooms in English class of primary school through the method of questionnaire survey to conduct a preliminary analysis of the current situation of the application of information technology in elementary English experiential classrooms to understand the opinion of both teachers and students on the use of experiential teaching method in English teaching of primary school.The thesis takes the first grade students as the target to design the experimental class model,and conduct the study on it.Taking advantage of technology,the thesis analyzes the effect of experimental teaching on both teachers and students on their teaching and learning in order to improve the teaching process.At last,through class observation and questionnaire,the paper reflects on the result of the teaching and check the feasibility of experimental teaching in primary schools.Through the conclusion of three teaching cases,the English experiential teaching under the help of internet technology allows students to become masters of the class and enhances their enthusiasm for participation.Experiential learning under the guidance of technology can create better learning environments for students,cultivate their interest in English learning and develop their ability in English listening,speaking,reading and self-study.Meanwhile,it can optimize the teaching process and help teachers improve their teaching skills.There are also defects in the thesis,and we need to provide effective solutions and offer suggestions to future research and teaching. |
