The discovery and progress of modern information technologies centered on computers and networks have not only changed people's lives and jobs,but also the new era of education has a new challenge.Enough ID is indispensable for teachers to complete an effective English class and gain the teaching objectives.Reasonable instructional design can play an important role in the English teaching process,It not only allows the content of English teaching has become more colorful,but also led to the English-teaching process has become more refined,so that students can be more attracted to English teaching.Therefore,if we want to complete effective and successful English learning,we need to use digital support conditions in the information age to create an open and harmonious platform,which is what we have called the excellent instructional design needs to integrate with modern information technology.In March 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening Curriculum Reform to Implement the Basic Tasks of Lideshuren,and proposed the important concept of "core competencies." Core competencies is not only closely integrated with the curriculum system,but also it is the important basis to measures education quality.In accordance with the requirements of the English Curriculum Standards for English teaching reforms,we must make modern information technology tools to be an effective tool for English learning and problem solving,and then change the previous English learning model,prompting students to love learning English,and participating in daily English activities positively.However,due to various reasons,the integration of information technology and English in teaching design has not been well carried out,especially in primary school English classes.Many schools,especially rural primary schools,are still in a blank period in this period.Therefore,this thesis takes the English teaching in boarding elementary schools in rural areas of Chifeng City as an example to study the effective integration of modern information technology and primary school English in teaching design.It is very beneficial for cultivating primary school students' self-learning ability in English,and for good English teaching.The creation of the environment is also very necessary,It not only enriches the teaching resources for English classes in rural primary schools,but also plays a key role in stimulating the interests of rural primary school students in learning English.It can also improve the classroom efficiency of English in Chifeng rural elementary schools.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,introduces the teaching characteristics of boarding elementary schools in rural areas of Chifeng City,the significance and methods of the research;the second part is the theoretical basis of the research,including the content of the topics,The teaching theory of humanism and the characteristics of the pupils' physical and mental development;The third part is the status quo of the integration of information technology and primary English courses in teaching design of boarding elementary schools in rural areas of Chifeng City.They are analyzed from the aspects of teachers and students.The fourth part introduces the strategies to promote the fusion of information technology and primary school English teaching at the level of instructional design.It mainly elaborates the learning objectives of primary English,and the integration principles of information technology and primary English teaching in teaching design which includes the main principle of interaction,the prinsiple of correct use information technology,also elaborated the integration of modern information technology with primary English courses in teaching design—the integration of listening and speaking teaching and modern information technology with elementary English courses in teaching design.The fifth part is the practice of integrated information technology and primary school English teaching curriculum in terms of design,which focus on the full text.Based on a comparative study of a large number of lesson cases,this thesis proposes a case that can integrate the information technology and English courses in teaching design.It also studies the investigation of examples and classroom effects.The sixth part is the summary and prospect.
