Study On The Conflict Of City Square Dance And Its Solution From The Perspective Of Public Conflict Management

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,there is a lot of ever-increasing demand people have raised,for example: high-quality education resources,culture,housing,old-age care and boosting health.Therefore,the government of our country vigorously carries out the national fitness campaign,then square dance rises in this background.But because of high decibel music and occupying public space,the square dance clashes with nearby residents.The square dance conflicts are escalating,and become more and more frequent and intense,extreme events have even been reported.So,this paper takes resolving the square dance conflict as the research content,searching for the causes,performance and impact of the conflict,combining with the relevant theory of public conflict management,looking for the way to solve the conflict.This research gather station through the questionnaire method and interview method.And the data of the square dance conflict subject based on Corse’s theory of conflict function and Grasso’s nine stages of conflict escalation,analyzing the conflict of square dance and finds four dilemmas: the lack of public space resources is difficult to improve in a short time;the construction of conflict communication platform is still not perfect;the grass-roots government governance system is not complete and the confrontation of incomplete awakening of good and civic consciousness.In this case,this paper attempts to focus on resources,interests and the sense of personal identification,to find corresponding solutions,to minimize the occurrence of conflicts,and to improve the effectiveness of conflict resolution,so as to provide a new idea of solution of square dance conflicts,which is belong to "social" public conflicts.
