Analysis Of Square Dance Conflict From The Perspective Of Social Conflict Theory

With the rapid development of the whole people's body-building,it is the primary choice for the health and leisure of the residents,with the participation of the broad masses and the simple and easy-to-learn and life-style square dance.On the one hand,the square dance is not subject to the restriction of the site,the music,the dance,the simple and easy to learn,and the variety of characteristics,is the favor of the middle-aged and the elderly;on the other hand,the social conflict phenomenon brought by the square dance,such as the noise,the firing gun,the parking lot,the lock of the parking lot,etc.,In addition to the overstated spread of the media,the square dance was labelled with the "disturbance to the people".As a hot issue of today's Chinese society,the square dance has become a hot issue for China's society The social contradiction brought about by social culture has become a social problem.In order to promote the harmonious development of society,this paper applies the theory of social conflict to the conflict of square dance,and provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the conflict.The research methods used in this paper are literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and the present situation of square dance in Changsha City is investigated,and the performance,root causes and predicament of square dance conflict are analyzed.The results of the study are as follows:1.The participation groups of square dance are mostly women,mainly retired middle-aged and elderly women and housewives who arenot employed at home;square dance has the characteristics of spontaneity,collectivity and arbitrariness;the social effect of square dance is double-sided,and the positive effect is: promoting the community to become a true community space,enriching the cultural life,negative effects: breaking the urban ecological balance and causing group conflict.2.The main manifestations of the conflict of square dance in Changsha City are as follows: noise disturbing the people,occupying public space and disturbing social order,the conflict of square dance has the characteristics of diversification of conflict subjects,clarity of purpose and diversification of form.According to the theory of social conflict,the influence of square dance conflict is positive and negative,which is beneficial to the coordination of people's legitimate rights and interests,to the unity within groups,to the construction of new social norms and the function of conflict safety valve,and to the accumulation of negative social psychology,the influence of social stability,the development of mass fitness and the construction of harmonious society.3.From the perspective of social conflict theory,the social root of square dance conflict has two aspects: material root and non-material root,material root: the compression of sports space,the rapid increase of fitness population,the demand for space of the project itself,the non-material root is intergenerational conflict,the lack of cultural activities of the elderly,the absence and inaction of functional departments.4.At present,there are three main aspects of the realistic dilemma of square dance conflict,the individual: the uncertainty of "due right",the group: the deficiency of self-discipline and heteronomy,and thegovernment: the difficulty of law enforcement.5.The resolution of square dance conflict can be carried out from three aspects: enhancing the consciousness of individual citizens,strengthening the standardization of relevant groups,and establishing a coordination mechanism among groups in public space.
