| At present,China is in a critical period of economic transformation and reform and development.As a sunrise industry,the cultural and creative industry has received more attention from all walks of life due to its green,pollution-free,and high return characteristics.Hunan Province is a central province in my country,and it is well-known at home and abroad due to its "Radio and TV Army" and "Publishing Army".Vigorously develop the cultural creative industry and enhance the competitiveness of the industry,in line with the requirements of Hunan Province to build a "culturally strong province".At present,the study of the competitiveness of Hunan’s cultural and creative industries in academia still needs to strengthen the extension of cultural and technological integration.This paper constructs the evaluation model of the competitiveness of Hunan’s cultural and creative industries under the background of the integration of cultural science and technology.From the perspective of quantitative analysis,it explores the competitiveness level,influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages of Hunan’s cultural and creative industries,and reflects the strong theory and reality significance.First,this study summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the fields of cultural and creative industry competitiveness,cultural and creative industry competitiveness model,etc.,and defines the content of cultural and creative industry competitiveness.Through combing the research ideas,advantages and limitations of the classic model achievements in the scientific community,and combining the characteristics of the industry in Hunan Province,the research model of the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industry in Hunan was finally proposed with reference to the ‘diamond’ model.Industry competition,production factors,government behavior,industry performance,demand situation,related and supporting industries,and determined the specific measurement index layer of each factor,and obtained the evaluation system.In the empirical analysis,the factor analysis method is used to process the 2018 authoritative data of all provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China,which are officially released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China and the "2019 Chinese Culture and Related Industries Statistical Yearbook".The study concludes that the main factors influencing the competitiveness of the cultural creative industry in Hunan Province can be summarized as the sustainable profitability factor and the cultural influence factor.The overall industrial competitiveness ranks eighth in the country and is at a relatively strong level.Sustained profitability ranks 7th nationwide,and cultural influence ranks 18 th nationwide.At present,the industry in Hunan Province still has problems such as dependence on labor-intensive industries,uneven development,insufficient investment in scientific research,imperfect construction of cultural public areas,shortage of high-level talents,and lack of brand building.Based on this,this study puts forward specific policy recommendations from three levels: macro,meso,and micro. |
