Research On Zhou Tao’s Prose

Known as the "Three Musketeers of Frontier Poems",Zhou Tao has been writing prose since the mid-1980 s.He has published more than a thousand prose works such as "The Horse of the Gunes","The Rare Bird" and "The Nomadic Great Wall".His writing style and The unique natural scenery and humanistic style of the western part expressed in his prose breathed a different breath into the prose world,and at the same time,it has received widespread attention from the academic community.Published the novel "Westward Journey" in 2018,and once again climbed to the peak of the novel.As a leading figure in Xinjiang literary circles and a representative writer of western prose,Zhou Tao’s creative evolution is worthy of attention.The article starts with four parts to study Zhou Tao’s prose works.The first chapter mainly analyzes the prose works of Zhou Tao from the mid 1980’s to the early 1990’s.It mainly analyzes the flora and fauna and the writing of mountains and rivers in Zhou Tao’s prose from the perspective of observations,and discusses the care and life of Zhou Tao’s observations.Individual life experience.In the context of the prosperous western prose in the 1990 s,the second chapter analyzes how Zhou Tao views the nomadic and farming civilizations in a broad pattern,taking cultural travel inside and outside the Great Wall of Zhou Tao as the starting point,and thus entering into the western culture and even It is the grand view of Chinese culture.The third chapter mainly takes Zhou Tao’s prose works in the beginning of the new century as the research object,and discusses Zhou Tao’s observation of daily life and self-reflection in his study.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes Zhou Tao’s self-reflection and retrospection from the perspective of the real and fictional works,the intertextuality of novels and prose from the oral autobiography "One Man and Xinjiang" and "The Westward Journey".As a representative of Xinjiang literature,Zhou Tao’s creation has a certain degree of demonstration effect on Xinjiang literature.Zhou Tao is committed to the construction of Xinjiang culture and provides value guidance for Xinjiang literature;Zhou Tao vigorously advocates the liberation of prose,and implements the concept of "liberating prose" in literary practice.Contemporary prose has gained discourse status in the center of contemporary literature,bringing new highlights to the originally silent Xinjiang prose.Today,Zhou Tao has once again reached the peak of fiction.In contemporary literary circles,especially in Xinjiang literary circles,there are few writers like Zhou Tao who have set foot in the field of poetry,prose,and novels and have achieved remarkable achievements.The article takes Zhou Tao’s prose works as the research object,combs Zhou Tao’s creative context of prose works since the mid-1980 s,analyzes the creative characteristics of his different periods,and explores the value of Zhou Tao’s literary creation to Xinjiang’s contemporary literature.
