| The purpose of the study is:The basic steps of rumba dance.Moving WALK is an important basic movement in Latin dance. It is the key to learning and mastering other rumba moves. However, the study of movement biomechanics related to the progress of WALK is relatively scarce. The movement characteristics of the steps are summarized with the laws of movement, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the basic steps of the rumba dance is carried out in combination with sports biomechanics. The purpose is to explore its kinematic characteristics and rules, and help coaches and teachers understand the students’ technical training. The issues and priorities that should be paid attention to in the theory provide theoretical basis for the formulation of training goals, improvement of students’ progress, and improvement of athletic performance.Research methods:This study used APAS image analysis system, combined with the literature material law, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other methods,in Xi ’an sports college sports dance team 6 outstanding students as subjects, through image resolution for the student body centre of gravity in the rumba WALK steps forward displacement, speed, movement time and hip knee kinematics indexes such as displacement, velocity and angle were analyzed.Result:1.In a complete Rumba dance "Forward Walk Step",the left foot(main leg)is flat on the ground, the right foot(power leg)is tiptoed to the right(main leg)foot, and the left foot(power legs)Toes point to ground again, the student ’s body center of gravity shifts forward(2.39 ± 0.32)m,left-right displacement is(0.14 ± 0.03)m,and up-down displacement is(0.10 ± 0.02)m;The speed of the "main foot" is1.105 m / s when the center of gravity is pushed to the "assist foot".The maximum speed is 0.677 m / s in the vertical direction in the double-supported phase change and the single-supported phase. The maximum is 0.373 m / s;the total duration of the center of gravity movement of the body is(12.565 ± 3.512)s.2.At the initial position of the “walk forward step” of the rumba dance,in the forward and backward directions, the hip joint linear velocity of the main leg reaches the peak(1.15 ± 0.20)m / s when the center of gravity is pushed after the two legs meet. When the conversion is completed, the speed reaches a local peak(1.01 ±0.20)m / s;in the left and right directions, the hip and knee joints of the main leg reach the peak at the end of the first stage, which are(0.25 ± 0.03)m / s and(0.24± 0.02)m / s;in the vertical direction, the linear velocity of hip and knee joints is always in a lower range. The main leg hip joint reached a peak of 169°when the two feet first met,and the knee joint reached a peak of 169° in the initial stage.3.In the left and right directions, the peak linear velocity of the hips and knees of the power leg are at the end of the first stage. The right foot(main leg)is flat on the ground, and the left foot(power leg)is tiptoe,(0.27 ± 0.03)m/ s,(0.31 ± 0.03)m/ s;in the forward and backward directions, the peak linear velocity of the hip and knee joints of the power leg are also at the end of the first stage,respectively(1.14± 0.22)m / s,(1.15 ± 0.22)m / s;in the vertical direction, the linear velocity of the hip and knee joints is always in a lower range. The hip and knee joints of the power leg reached the minimum value when the main leg pushed the center of gravity, which were 144 ° and 132 °respectively.Conclusion:1.During the rumba forward WALK movement, the body center of mass displacement changes little in the vertical direction, little in the left and right direction, and the body center of mass displacement changes the most in the front and rear direction. The larger the front and rear displacement is,the better the flow, the better the coordination, the stronger the control ability of the middle part, and the bigger the stride.2.In a complete rumba "forward WALK step" action, when the "main foot" pushes the center of gravity to the "power foot",the center of gravity has the maximum speed in the front-to-rear direction;when the dual-support phase changes the single-support phase, the center of gravity speeds in the vertical direction.Maximum;when pressing and turning, the center of gravity has the highest speed in the left and right directions.3.In the full cycle of the Rumba Dance “Walk Forward Step”,the first step and the third step take longer, the second step takes the shortest time, and the ratio of the three steps takes about 1.4: 1: 1.6.4.The hip and knee linear velocities of the main and dynamic legs in the rumba "Forward Walk step" are greater in the left-right direction than in the vertical direction. In the forward and backward directions, the hip linear velocity of the main leg reaches the maximum when the main leg pushes the center of gravity. The joint reaches its maximum when the main leg and the power leg complete the conversion, and the peak linear velocity of the hip and knee joints of the power leg are when the main leg and the power leg complete the conversion.5.The hip joint angle of the main leg reached the maximum when the two feet met for the first time, and the knee joint reached the maximum at the initial stage. The angles of the hips and knees of the dynamic legs reached their minimum values ??when the main leg pushed the center of gravity. |
