Research On Emotional Design Of Wayfinding System In Medical Space

The hospital is an important service organization that undertakes the mission of saving lives and wounds,and is also an important part of the medical and health service.It has a close connection with everyone’s life.As a pathfinding tool in the medical space,the wayfinding system plays a very important role.It is the link between the user and the medical space.The concern about the emotional design of the medical space wayfinding system is actually a humanized care of the medical service system.While improving the efficiency of patients to seek medical treatment,they relieve and reduce their psychological pressure and negative emotions mentally and psychologically.While conveying the concept of ‘Regarding Patient as the Center’,it not only established a good image of the medical institution,but also won the recognition and trust of the society.This article first analyzes the research background,purpose and significance of the subject and the content of the research,and then conducts in-depth research on the relevant theories of the medical space wayfinding system and emotional design,and then analyzes the emotional design of the medical space wayfinding system from the user’s perspective.Necessity,summed up the relevant principles of the emotional design of the medical space wayfinding system,and from the various design elements and emotional levels in the medical space wayfinding system,deeply explore the emotional expression of the design of the medical space wayfinding system,and finally to Beijing the emotional design of the wayfinding system of the three medical institutions in the city conducted field investigations,conducted a questionnaire survey on the emotional design of the wayfinding system of the medical space and analyzed it,and then used the wayfinding system of Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the optimization object for design practice.This article uses literature research,case analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and other methods for analysis.Through the study of the emotional design of the medical space wayfinding system,the meticulous observation of the user’s physical and mental needs is carefully observed,which reflects the patient and other uses.The crowd’s spiritual and humanistic care is also of great practical significance for the future development of medical space wayfinding system design theory.
