Liujia is located in the lakeside area on the north shore of the Dian Lake,which is a typical agricultural settlement.By virtue of the superior geographical conditions along the Dian Lake and the large-scale population migration during the Ming and Qing dynasties,the region gradually formed a land of fish and rice with its own characteristics,and many customs have been retained to now.With the development of urbanization in Kunming and the need of ecological construction in the Dian Lake,the Liujia area is gradually included in the category of rural reconstruction.And the daily life,concept and occupation of the villagers begin to change.Government planning,the relocation of villagers and the entry of a large number of migrants have created new communities and business circles in the area,which driving the development of urbanization.Through the combing of historical documents and field investigation,this paper reproduced the social features of Liujia village before urbanization.Discusses the government actively build a service-oriented government in the process of urbanization,the development of schools from rural primary schools to urban primary schools,and the development status,and warns that the government should pay more attention to people’s livelihood and pay more attention to ecological protection in the rural reconstruction,so as to ensure the benign development of rural urbanization in Liujia.Analysis of the trend of population flow in Liujia,the overall trend is towards less outflow and more inflows,less out,and not leaving the land.The villagers’ occupations have shifted from traditional farming and fishing to all walks of life.With the improvement of the economic level,the daily life of the villagers has changed significantly,and the requirements for the quality of life have become higher.The concept of son preference has changed,men and women tend to be equal in the family relationship,and the education concepts have changed.Finally,through the discussion of rural social changes in Liujia,the author hopes to provide some references for China’s rural revitalization.
