Research On The Intervention Of Contemporary Art In Social Public Space

In today’s rapid economic development,consumer culture has become the main body.In such a background,public life is constantly changing.The original public space with simple physical performance can no longer meet the current public demand for more performance development of public space.As an original power,art is involved in public space and public life,adding emotional links between space and the public.With the openness and advanced nature of the contemporary art form,it is more and more free from the constraints of space.Contemporary art has gone out of the art gallery,moving towards public space and moving towards public life,and has become a trend of development.And contemporary art is inclusive and random,and it is more suitable to display in the public space with freedom.The intervention of contemporary art in public space not only creates opportunities for the public to exchange and meet,but also expands the ideological capacity of the original space of contemporary art,dispels the private part of contemporary art and strengthens its openness.Through the case analysis of contemporary art’s involvement in different social public spaces,this paper grasps the relationship between contemporary art and social public space,and considers its existing problems.In this paper,contemporary art involved in social public space is divided into art gallery space and non art gallery space.In the non art gallery space,it can be roughly divided into street,village,city,commerce and other space forms.In view of the artistic manifestation in different public spaces,it enumerates its classic cases for demonstration and analysis.For example,the Vietnamese wives of rural art practice,Kassel literature exhibition of urban art practice,Chi K11 of commercial art space,etc.According to the theoretical research and case practice of the subject,this paper sums up the problems that Chinese art often encounter in the social space: for example,the aesthetic conflicts between artists and the general public,the public can not understand contemporary art;the practice of art intervention space is concentrated in the first tier cities,the development of art distribution is not balanced;there is homogenization in art creation space,etc.And find out the reasons behind these phenomena,including the lag of Chinese art education and the failure to reach the state of the art of the whole people;the intervention of contemporary art in the space emphasizes the concept and experiment and ignores the dialogue with the public;the avant-garde of experimental art,the phenomenon that art is too decorative and ignores the local culture;the government’s insufficient investment and support for Contemporary Art The slow development of Chinese contemporary art.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward that "art of the whole people" should be taken as the development goal of contemporary art in China,and "public space" should be taken as the flow entrance of art into public life.Find a way to interpret the space of the material and non-material dual construction of art.It emphasizes the cultural and social characteristics of space,fully embodies the value of space in the public and society,and gradually finds back those "lost space" and the will of the public.It puts forward to grasp the local nature of art,pay attention to the "integration" attitude of art,emphasize the participation of the public,the protagonist of art’s involvement in the practice of public space is positioned as "human",as the center of art practice,emphasize that the involvement of contemporary art should be combined with the living environment of the public and the public,put the public education function of contemporary art on the agenda,and give full play to its public education function It emphasizes the innovation of the way of contemporary art intervening in social public space,the integrity of space art creation,the relationship among the times,ideas and expression language,and suggests the government and social organizations to encourage and invest in art intervention.Art is involved in the public space,which different forms in the public vision,and becomes an indispensable charm landscape in the urban landscape.Contemporary art intervenes in social public space,which provides new thinking dimension and
