With the continuous development and improvement of the painting projection test, the painting test has been applied to people with different characteristics, such as special groups such as depression, ordinary groups such as college students, and the painting test, which has always lacked reliability and validity, has gradually begun to establish information.Validity.Alcohol dependence patients are also a special group.Alcohol dependence has a high incidence of re-drinking.Once alcohol dependence is formed,it is difficult to get rid of addiction.Alcohol-dependent people suffer from alcohol damage to their organs and nerves due to long-term drinking, which seriously affects Their cognitive and social functions are not conducive to the harmonious and stable development of themselves and society. It is understood that many patients with alcohol dependence have suffered from physical problems after drinking for a long time.It was only after a hospital examination that they found that they had become dependent on alcohol, and generally their dependence was already high. The lack of timely detection caused their dependence on alcohol increase.Affects the effect of treatment. In the scale for measuring alcohol dependence, some items may involve some content that they do not want to admit for the sake of face, resulting in low accuracy of assessment and screening. Therefore,a combination of painting tests with certain reliability and validity It is necessary to predict alcohol dependence in advance. In this study, the alcohol and drug dependence departments of three hospitals in Yunnan Province collected moderate,non-schizophrenic and other severe mental illnesses with basic self-care ability who did not receive painting test training and met the diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence in DSM-IV.115 male patients with severe alcohol dependence and males who have received Michi scores of 0-3 from the Michigan alcohol dependence survey scale corresponding to the age group of alcohol dependence collected in schools, parks, companies, etc.and have not been trained in drawing tests Thirty non-alcohol dependent persons(screened through questionnaires, etc.)were used as the research subjects, and the Michigan alcohol dependence questionnaire and self-portrait test were performed on them.First, through reviewing the literature and expert opinions,278 relevant self-portrait indicators were selected for coding, operational definition and examples.Secondly, the collected self-portraits were assessed by myself, and then 2 graduate students who had been trained to master the self-portrait evaluation criteria were selected randomly to evaluate 30self-portraits;Third,enter data from questionnaires and assessed self-portrait indicators, excluding indicators that appear less frequently in self-portraits(the percentage of self-portrait indicators with a frequency of less than 4.3);and fourth, scale the scale to demographic variables Fifth, the remaining 153 self-portrait indicators were subjected to independent sample non-parametric U tests, and the 153indicators were related to the male alcohol dependence group and the male non-alcohol dependence group respectively, which will be statistically significant29The self-portrait index was analyzed by binary logistic regression analysis and reliability and validity.Findings of the study:(1)In this study,it was found that male alcohol dependent patients had significant differences in educational level and marital status;there were no differences in ethnicity, age, and family economic status.(2)There were significant differences in 29 items of self-portrait between Male alcohol-dependent Group and non-alcohol-dependent group, such as T11,T12,T14,T21,H18,H19 and H20.(3)T11,T12,T14,T21,H18,H19,H20 and other 29 indicators in the self-portrait are related to whether men have alcohol dependence, and have statistical significance.(4)After establishing the regression equation,it is found that the overall test of the model is significant(χ2=125.09,df=29,p=0.00),indicating that the introduction of variables has statistical significance in prediction and the model’s coefficient of determination is relatively ideal(Cox&Snell R~2=0.578;Nage l kerke R~2=0.904).And T11,T14,H18,H19,H20,H34,H38,H90,N2,A6,A24 are more likely to appear in the self-portrait of alcohol dependent patients.(5)The self-portrait test has a split-half reliability of 0.70 and an interrater reliability of 0.968,which indicates that its reliability is relatively ideal.(6)The self-portrait evaluation index in this study can significantly distinguish male alcohol-dependent and non-alcohol-dependent male subjects, and from the perspective of prediction accuracy, the prediction accuracy is higher, and its validity is ideal. |
