Analysis On Dissertation Topics Of MTCSOL

Dissertation topic is the initial stage of the thesis.It has a great influence on the quality of the degree paper,which is the key link of the diploma.Research on the diploma topics of the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages can help students in this major to broaden their idea about choosing a dissertation topic.It can also provide some reference for the follow-up researches.This papers takes the dissertation topics of School of Language and Literature,Yunnan University as the research object,and classify four categories: education,language,culture,and MTCSOL situation.Sorting and analyzing the diploma paper samples and survey results by methonds of textual analysis,investigating,and case analysis,it is found that the characture is: Single type;The content is not extensive enough;The source of the paper topics are diverse,and it is generally closely integrated with practice,which has obvious application value.But the content of attention in the micro aspect is not enough;The tendency of nationalization is obvious,and it is concentrated in Southeast Asia,and it is characterized by the majority of primary-level Chinese learners.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that teaching practice is the most important factor influencing the dissertation topics,and the accumulation of personal ability and theoretical knowledge is also important factors influencing the quality of the topics.This article has five main parts:The prolongmenon mainly introduces the source of the topic,the purpose of the research,the research content and research methods of the paper.The second part introduces the cultivation of the MTCSOL at the Fuculty of Language and Literature,Yunnan University.The mainly content including: the development of MTCSOL at Yunnan University,the structure of the tutor and the practice regulations in the language and literature school,and briefly shows the general situation of the MTCSOL at the school.The third part mainly introduces the classification criteria of the dissertation topics,the design ideas and implementation of the questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part mainly analyzes the text data,the results of investigations,and case analysis so that explore the basic appearance of the diploma topic.The last part is to summarize the characteristics of the topic of the School of Language and Literature,and the main factors affecting the topic selection,and try to make suggestions on the optimization of the dissertation.The final conclusion summarizes the whole paper.
