| In recent years, with the development of China’s experience economy, people’s consumption patterns have gradually changed from traditional single-purchase products to willing purchase experiences. The development of the festival tourism market has attracted more and more attention and concerns. It gradually became prominent. Therefore, how to apply design thinking to the development of festival tourism to improve the experience of tourists and explore a set of feasible and effective strategies has become a question worth discussing. As one of the five autonomous regions in China,Guangxi is rich in ethnic festival cultural resources, which provides an excellent endowment and foundation for the development of ethnic festival tourism.Judging from the various types of ethnic festival tourism activities held in Guangxi in the past, there are still areas that need to be optimized and improved.Based on the above background, the author tries to apply the theory of peak final rule to Guangxi ethnic festival tourism, analyze the peak and end points of tourist experience,in order to optimize the tourist experience through design means. In the theoretical exploration part, this article first uses a combination of conceptual discourse and case analysis to elaborate on the three core concepts involved in this article: peak final rule, experience design and festival tourism, and the relationship between the three The analysis was carried out to clarify the connotation and internal connection of the three concepts through the analysis of the core concepts;then, starting from the process of the festival travel experience, the tourists’ festival travel experience was divided into pre-festival and festival according to the time course During the three stages of tourism and festival tourism, the behavior logic and experience feelings of tourists in each stage are analyzed in detail, and the peak and end models of festival tourism experience taking tourists’ behavior logic and experience feeling as the axis are summarized in combination with relevant theories; The end-of-peak model of the festival travel experience derives the evaluation function of the end-of-peak rule. That is,the end-of-peak rule determines the quality of the festival travel experience and the memory of the tourists, and concludes that the peak and end points are the objects of the festival travel experience design. In the practical application part, this article starts from the distribution of Guangxi ethnic festival resources and the development process of Guangxi ethnic festival tourism, and finds that Guangxi ethnic festival tourism is still in the developing stage. In the tourism development of ethnic festival resources and the tourist’s The experience needs to be further improved;then the field survey and analysis of the site of Guangxi ethnic festival tourism are conducted, and the peakend model of the festival tourism experience is combined to conclude that the peak point of tourists in the process of Guangxi ethnic festival tourism experience appears in the experience In the ethnic characteristics and festival atmosphere, and in the interactive experience, the low peak appears when conflicting with the arrangement of festival activities and the needs are not met,the end point is when leaving the tourist destination;finally,it is proposed for the peak point of Guangxi ethnic festival travel experience In order to create an image-based design of the experience elements in order to create a coexistent state of the Guangxi ethnic festival travel experience,it proposes a strategy for optimizing the experience process for the design of festival event information for low peaks, and a visual design-led guide for the end point The interactive design of ritual sense, and the strategy of adding special tourist souvenir design, and the design practice was carried out with the example of the third of Mar of Wu Ming Zhuang Ethnic Group in Guangxi. It is hoped that these design strategies can help tourists get a better travel experience. At the same time,it can also promote the development of Guangxi ethnic festival tourism market. |
