Human beings have been in the information age,which puts forward new requirements for education and teaching.In order to adapt to the information,we must change the teachers’ teaching ideas and teaching methods,so as to make education more in line with the characteristics of the Times.The micro-class and the turnover class are born in this context,they originated in the United States,in various countries,the use of development,has been recognized by all sectors of society.This has aroused wide concern of domestic scholars,and began to study,and gradually applied in secondary school teaching.The reversal classroom model reconstructs the teaching structure,reverses the order of "teaching and learning",from the traditional "teach first,learn later" model to the new "learn first,teach later" model.This new teaching mode needs to use modern media technology,such as network platform,video resources,etc.,to provide students with learning materials and learning environment,so that students can complete the "learn first" steps.Because of its short,concise,rich content and outstanding difficulties,micro-lesson is an important learning resource in current teaching,which is loved by students,and naturally becomes the first choice of resources for students’ self-study under the overturned classroom model.Micro-lesson is a subject of important knowledge points or teaching links as the main content,the use of a variety of media resources,through the video form,a clear goal,more innovative knowledge,can effectively improve the self-learning effect of students.Therefore,the author applies the flipped classroom teaching model to junior English teaching and realizes the goal of "learning before teaching" with the help of micro-lesson resources.Based on the theories of constructivism,autonomous learning and mastery learning,this paper summarizes the current situation of the application of the micro-lesson-based flipped classroom teaching model in junior English teaching through questionnaires and teacher interviews,this paper puts forward two research directions: one is to analyze and summarize the main problems of the micro-lesson-based classroom teaching model in junior middle school English teaching,and the other is to put forward some countermeasures,this makes the micro-lesson-based classroom teaching mode more effective in junior English teaching.In order to test the effect in the real teaching,the author designed a teaching case based on the micro-lesson teaching mode,and conducted a one-semester practical teaching in a middle school in Hanzhong,comparing this model with the traditional teaching model,checking the real effect and providing the factual basis,the author draws the conclusion from the two aspects of theory and practice: The flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-lesson has better effect and higher efficiency,it can arouse students’ learning interest,improve students’ self-study ability and optimize junior English teaching.It is expected to provide reference for junior middle school English teachers to develop the teaching mode of the flipped classroom based on the micro-lesson.
