The question of the definition of beauty has been explored by many esthetics scholars.Plato believed that beauty is difficult,while Hegel believed that beauty is the perceptual manifestation of ideas.In the great aesthetic discussion of the 1950 s in China,Zhu Guangqian proposed that beauty is the unity of subjectivity and objectivity in the relationship between mind and object.After that,Li Zehou proposed that beauty is the form of freedom.In the 1980 s,the field of aesthetics once again launched a fierce discussion,emerging life aesthetics,environmental aesthetics,ecological aesthetics and other new aesthetic ideas.Among them,life aesthetics is undoubtedly remarkable.Since Pan Zhichang first proposed it in 1985,the camp of life aesthetics has been expanding and the theory has been developing.This paper will study Feng Xiaolun’s life aesthetics from five aspects.The first part is the introduction,which introduces Feng Xiaolun,his academic thought,the concept of life aesthetics,practical significance,current research status and research methods adopted in this paper.The second part introduces the theoretical source of Feng Xiaolun’s life aesthetics.In the 20 th century,the attention to life in the west increased significantly.Bergson,Schopenhauer,Nietzsche and heidegger were all interested in realizing the unique existence meaning of life in aesthetics.Compared with the west,China began to pay special attention to the state of life and the value of life when laozi and Confucius began to elaborate their own ideas in the spring and autumn period and the warring states period.In the 20 th century,Zong Baihua,Lv Cheng and others also noticed the significance of human life in the aesthetic process.These values of life are fertile ground for the production of life aesthetics.The third part introduces the life aesthetics of Feng Xiaolun in detail.From him about art originates from life to triple life theory in detail,and the triple life appears to be independent,but to one,then the paper expounds the present triple life system under the beautiful world,distinguish between beauty and true,the good and ugly,beautiful the world can be divided into natural beauty,human beauty and artistic beauty,finally put forward the aesthetic is the experience of life,aesthetic is the fuel of life happen.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of Feng Xiaolun’s life aesthetics.Supported by the philosophy of life and based on human life to explain the generation and development of beauty,his thoughts also put forward a series of new theoretical categories.The fifth part analyzes the value and limitation of Feng Xiaolun’s life aesthetics.The development of his ideas plays an important role in enriching and developing the whole life aesthetics,and also contributes its own strength to the prosperity of Chinese modern aesthetics.However,we should also see that the theory of triple life and the thought of life aesthetics are still worthy of deep discussion.There are still some deficiencies in the cognition and understanding of practical aesthetics,and the theory itself needs further development and improvement. |
