Based On The Design And Application Of Calligraphy Fonts And Font Libraries In The Silk Book Named Xiang Ma Jing

Chinese characters have been used for thousands of years and have become the most widely used characters in the world.With the development of information technology,some scholars have worried that Chinese characters will be destroyed by computers.In fact,on the contrary,information technology has helped us to produce a series of traditional document digitization products,the National Library of China has published more than 7200 digital resources of ancient books online.As a precious writing resource in the history of mankind,it is worth studying how to activate its infinite vitality and explore its cultural and economic value by means of digitalization.With the media,design,education and many other areas of the rapid increase in the demand for font design,Chinese font design in short supply at the same time accompanied by good and bad intermingled.As a result,the font design of professionalism,standardization,diversity has become an urgent problem to be solved.At the same time,building a strong socialist culture,building cultural confidence has become the theme of The Times,and President Xi is in a number of occasions,the practice of promoting and valuing China’s traditional calligraphy culture.It is not only the professional mission of art and design researchers,but also their social duty to study the design of calligraphy font and its application in practice and promote the development of Chinese font font design.This project is based on the design and application of the Calligraphy Font of the Silk Manuscript "Xiangmajing".After extracting and summarizing the strokes,structural features and other elements of the Silk Manuscript "Xiangmajing",the project uses modern design concepts,and Moden Chinese character library design methods such as "Grid Setting","feature continuation","Eight Principles of Yong","combination of movable type",etc.,starting from the three dimensions of strokes,radicals and fonts,we re-design and re-create them,and through the polishing of details,finally,it successfully integrated into a set of distinctive style,unified standard to the Silk Book "Xiangmajing" as the blueprint of the calligraphy font font,and the whole set of font into the computer to achieve digital.After the completion of the design,it not only has the calligraphy meaning of the Silk Manuscript "Xiangmajing",but also has the use foundation of the modern font font font font.The design results will be used in poster poster,book binding,product packaging and other commercial design.
