Study On The Fiscal Policy Of Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region During The Anti Japanese War

In the magnificent process of Chinese revolutionary history,the great victory of the Chinese people’s Anti Japanese war is a major turning point for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which is of great and far-reaching milestone significance for the survival and development of the Chinese nation.At the historical juncture of national crisis,the Communist Party of China,with its outstanding political leadership and correct strategic strategy,bravely fought at the forefront of the Anti Japanese War,guided the direction of China’s Anti Japanese War,held high the banner of the Anti Japanese national united front,and became the mainstay of the whole nation’s Anti Japanese war.During the Anti Japanese War,under the guidance of our party’s correct financial and economic policies,the recovery and development of the border region’s economy were obvious to all.It not only greatly enhanced the economic strength of the border region,but also had reference significance for the socialist economic construction after the founding of new China.Based on the financial and economic historical data of the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,this paper objectively analyzes the difficult natural and economic conditions of the region at that time,focusing on the analysis of the causes,changes and reasons of the financial and economic policies in different periods,as well as the enumeration and analysis of the specific financial policies formulated by the government at that time,It also summarizes the achievements and lessons in the process of formulating and implementing fiscal policies in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,and provides economic enlightenment for the development of socialism.During the arduous Anti Japanese War,the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region Government adhered to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and the purpose of serving the people,and led the military and civilian development of economic construction in the border region,which is not only the successful practice of the new democratic economic theory,but also the concrete embodiment of the Sinicization of Marxism.In addition,this paper mainly carries out research from the perspective of Chinese revolutionary history,further excavates the connotation of the fiscal policy of Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region during the Anti Japanese War,and makes a certain analysis of its historical experience and enlightenment.Due to the shallow personal understanding,limited theoretical knowledge,research ability and writing level,and the lack of historical data,it is inevitable that there are deficiencies.In the future,we need to conduct more in-depth and more accurate analysis and Research on these problems.
