In this era of 4G network mature application and moving towards 5g,mobile Internet has become an indispensable part of the survival and development of enterprises.Compared with traditional media,the rapid development of emerging media provides a huge space and opportunity for the development of each enterprise;new media platform has become the online marketing position of many enterprises.Many brands rely on we media to promote and achieve excellent results,such as Luo Ji’s thinking.However,there are still some small and medium-sized enterprises due to the lagging impact of the new trend acceptance,leading to the lack of we media marketing.Wisdom Tree children’s art training institution is a typical small and medium-sized enterprise.This paper takes the organization as an example to study the marketing strategy of we media.Firstly,through the description of the development status of we media marketing and the industry environment of wisdom tree children’s art training institution,the macro and micro environment of the industry is analyzed;Secondly,through the analysis of the overall situation of the organization and the current situation of we media marketing strategy,we explore the problems existing in the we media marketing strategy: We media marketing channel is single,value transmission is not sufficient,lack of dynamic communication,the establishment of underlying data is not perfect,lack of drainage products,lack of team professionals.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions: expand the marketing channels of we media,enhance the publicity of brand,product and service value,strengthen the communication with users,establish the underlying data information database,create popular products,and build a professional team.Through the above strategies,wisdom tree children’s art training institutions can combine online and offline full marketing to create their own brand,systematically and efficiently operate we media,so as to improve the brand influence and enhance the conversion rate.This paper studies the marketing strategy of we media for3-8-year-old children’s art training,which is a subdivision market.It provides reference and suggestions for the same type of small and medium-sized enterprises through we media marketing.
