Singing Analysis Of The Art Song "Son Of The Sun"

Since the birth of art songs,its artistic brilliance and human charm have attracted people from different eras and regions to sing to their heart’s content.Although Chinese art songs only have a history of one hundred years,they set foot in China and have blossomed.Chinese musicians have produced a large number of fine works.Among them,"Son of the Sun" has become one of the unique art songs that people are eager to sing.This paper makes a detailed study on the singing of "Son of the Sun" by means of literature research and practical research.There are three specific aspects: the first one,it will discuss the skills of breath and resonance,and it will analyze singing the song when the use of technology;the second one is about the melody and lyrics,it will analyze the singing emotion contained in the melody in the lyrics of the works;last but not least,this paper will analyze the style characteristics of tenor and baritone in singing this song from the stage experiences.The research of this paper aims to provide reference for the singers who sing the same kind of artistic songs,and also provide theoretical support for the author’s singing practice in the concert.
